The food is great i buy here often however the customer service is terrible there is a chubby girl on the front that always has an attitude but once she sees a male customer she automatically nice.

Ordered curry goat with white rice, and it was delicious! The food was nice and fresh; customer service was decent. Never greeted me when I walked in, but what else is new at Jamaican restaurants lol.

Came in around 8pm after worked, tired from work, didn’t want to travel for my normal place I go for my west Indian food , I find this little gem and ordered to my dietary standards, got curry goat and all veggies and food was fresh tasting and very well seasoned and tender, was a bit surprised as I don’t like trying new places , definitely will be back to try different menu options, service is great and a welcoming atmosphere.. Highly recommended

Loved the jerk chicken! Also, enjoyed the stew chicken and beef patty! Rice and cabbage was tasty and fresh. Would definitely go back again.

Never misses. Always good food and great portions. Can get a little busy but if it isn’t a busy place then it’s not a great place. Customer service is better than most. Try the curry chicken and the mac salad, you won’t be disappointed. Tried them a few times but not ever was I not satisfied.

Food is excellent. Cabbage is fork tender, rice and peas with extra grave, legit. The only place you get 2 chicken breast, yes 2… and for all of those wanting service. Forgetaboutit.

Cashier very unfriendly, tried talking to her, no personality, people skills whatsoever!!! Stewed chicken was not good, more like baked chicken with a little gravy, rice dry no gravy. All in all that will be my last time going there!!!!!!!

I initially wrote a good review but had to change it. The first time I ate here I got the stew chicken which was delicious. I decided to cut back on meat for health reason. I came back a second time for the brown stew fish which I saw on the menu board. The woman said she doesnt make it all the time and did not make it that day. This was weird to me because I believe it should not be on the menu then. She was extremely nonchalant about it too. I came back a second time and the man said you have to call in the morning to have it made. A complete and total inconvenience, still I am wondering why its written on the menu? This is frustrating because I notice living in the hood, healthier food choices are so difficult to get. I notice a genuine unwillingness from restaurants like these to provide healthier food.I assume whole sale Fish is expensive and chicken is cheap. Ultimately, these businesses benefit and profit off of us remaining unhealthy and COULD CARELESS about giving us a choice to do better. As a black person going into a black owned restaurant I have a higher expectation from my people. People in this community spend their hard earned money to keep your business going so you can support your family. The least you can do make healthier food available to us. It being written on the menu but not actually existing was especially frustrating and dishonest. I went a few blocks down to a mexican owned restaurant that had fish readily available. So sad. My people have to do better.
