I had a fantastic dining experience at Gazab Indian Restaurant and was impressed from the moment the food arrived. The presentation of the pani puri was outstanding — creative, fun, and definitely a highlight that adds to the overall dining experience. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into not just the flavor, but also the visual appeal of each dish.
The ghosht was exceptionally good — tender, rich, and full of deep, layered spices that really stood out. You can tell the meat was slow-cooked to perfection. The dum biryani was another highlight, served with great aroma and authenticity, with each grain of rice perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It tasted just like a traditional biryani should, with the right balance of spices and perfectly cooked meat.
To end the meal, I tried the gulab jamun, which was served hot and incredibly satisfying — soft, warm, and soaked in just the right amount of syrup. It was the perfect sweet finish.
The ambience is cozy and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a relaxed meal. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff were happy to explain the dishes and make recommendations.
Overall, Gazab offers a great combination of authentic flavors, excellent presentation, and a comfortable dining atmosphere. A wonderful spot for anyone craving well-executed Indian cuisine.

Gazab is a fantastic spot with bold, flavorful food done right. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a place worth visiting if you enjoy great taste and good vibes!
The chicken tikka masala at Gazab was excellent — tender chicken in a rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced sauce. Full of flavor and absolutely satisfying. A must-try dish..✨✨
The samosa was also rich and full of flavor, crispy on the outside and delicious inside.

This is one of the most interesting and authentic Central North Indian dishes serving restaurant… we tried the recently added thecha paneer which was perfectly spiced and flavorful… along with that the prawn ghee roast… the masala of the ghee roast was delicious and the most famous dish on the menu … lemon chicken curry and lauki kofta curry… it was flavorful and perfectly balanced … each bite feels so homely and warmth… the chefs really know what they are they cooking here.. the desert was equally amazing Crème brûlée with gulaab jamun.. the staff/servers are so hospitable and welcoming and generous… it’s a must go spot for a good Indian food. Looking forward to try their biryani and lamb curry…

This is a hidden gem, which I’m sure is a “where the locals eat” restaurant. I found it online when seeking a place near Mercury Lounge. Our whole experience was A+ from start to finish. I was able to get a same-day reservation. When I realized we were going to be late, I emailed on the reservation app and received an immediate and gracious response. I then called to get help related to the closest subway stop, and the person on the other end of the line at the restaurant was so helpful and patient. Truly eager to help me and assure me that our table would be waiting for us on our arrival.
It was a freezing night, so arriving at this cozy, atmospheric spot was welcomed! The owner and servers were welcoming and warm, and every food choice we made was excellent. You can’t miss. As we prepared to leave and head to the live show nearby, I really felt like we had visited someone’s home in India for dinner because of how authentic the entire experience was. We will definitely seek to return to Gazab during a future visit to the City!
Our suggestions as you order:
Naan bread
Cauliflower
Rice with mushrooms
Lemon chicken

The host provided superior service, with no waiting time and a highly attentive demeanor. They responded to all our inquiries promptly. The culinary offerings were exceptional. We had no dissatisfaction whatsoever. Everything met our expectations. The paneer and garlic naan was certainly one of my favorite dishes there.

Only got the Chicken Biryani on a whim but the quality was very high and the food was fast. I assume they have a big serving pot for their food but if so it had no negative effects on quality. Very well spiced but not overpoweringly so. Most impressive was the yogurt sauce which added more flavor to an already potent dish. Haven’t been to other Indian spots around or tried their other dishes but the Biryani was delicious.

Lemon chicken. Butter naan. Perfect rice. Outrageously good stuff, my wife and I are completely obsessed with the lemon chicken. Are you the sort of person who will do that typical order an Indian for take away and you always get the same thing but most places don’t nail it quite right? Well they consistently smash the hell out of that puppy and we will be back again and again and again. Also the staff are really nice and there’s always traditional Indian music in the back ground. Quality.
