Everything was AWESOME! We ordered Garlic Cheese Bread, Salad, Margarita Pizza, Manicotti, Cannolis and Amaretto Cheesecake! Everything was excellent! Emma was our waitress and she was GREAT! She made several suggestions that we appreciated and were glad we took. Emma was very professional and personable! She is definitely an asset to her employer and a blessing to the customers. We will be back to try more items from the menu. Thanks Emma! You’re great!

You HAVE to get the garlic cheese bread! I can’t even explain how good it is. We tried the Neapolitan pizza with pepperoni and it was a solid choice. We will definitely come back to try other things, but Gavino’s is a solid Knoxville pizza place.

This place absolutely makes authentic NY style pizza. I am from New York and only moved here rather recently. I have been enjoying NY pizza in NY most of my life. These guys make the real thing, and do so really well. The pizza is top notch. It’s better than a lot of places back home. I have also dined in and enjoyed their other offerings immensely. I am fortunate to live so close by, too. The prices are also reasonable and the staff are friendly. This place is sure to be a definite win for anyone who tries it. That said, I am sure if something does go wrong somehow, which is bound to happen sometimes, the attentive staff will handle it well. That’s a margherita pie in the photo!

1st time my husband and I visited. They have nicely priced lunch specials. I had 2 slices and a soda, and my husband had the lunch lasagna and salad. Both were only around $9.00. Food was tasty and well prepared, and our server was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will be going back

Was craving NY style pizza the other week and googled best place to get it in Knoxville and this place came up. I went for lunch and got a simple pepperoni pizza to go. While there the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The pizza itself was delicious and definitely hit the spot. I would recommend coming here for good pizza. I will definitely be going back soon!

Knoxville’s best pizzeria in my opinion. Quality ingredients and authentic Italian food. Mouth watering pizza pies that won’t disappoint you. Try Grandma’s pie and the wonderful garlic cheesy bread. Amazing!

My kids LOVE this place. They went one night with grandma (my mother-in-law) and my husband while I was working late and they kept telling me how much they loved it and I needed to go.

Nice, small, pleasant pizzeria and Italian restaurant. We only got a take-out salad and a pizza so I can’t really comment on the rest of the food (although the menu did look good). The Ceasar salad was passable. The pizza was too “doughy” and “bread-like” for my taste. The pepperoni and meatball toppings were good.
