Saw ya’ll on news! Got there on a Sunday right at closing ( i knew better, but I had to check, was needing a King Cake to take back to Texas), the staff was cleaning up and the one lady sweeping was so nice to tell me go across to the store they had some!
Their cakes are fresh and was very delicious and sweet! Many different flavors , too!
Definitely try them! I will probably make this my new spot!

We do birthday Cake for every coworker in our department. This year one of our birthday girls wanted a Strawberry cream cheese King Cake it, was the best Strawberry cream cheese King Cake we ever had!! Definitely recommend their King Cakes, it was ABSOLUTELY DEVINE!!

Great donut shop! The staff was very nice. I work in construction, and I stopped by this place several mornings for guys. Everything was good. I ordered king cake, kolaches, cinnamon rolls, and a variety of donuts. Everything was good every time.

Being from a large city where donut shops are packed, The Donut Kitchen is a remarkable change. They appear to do more drive – thru orders than in house. Ok. Let’s stop with the formalities. The king cakes are so good. Yet, the bomb donut is the chocolate cream filled. It’s not cream at all. It’s more like butter laced icing stuffed inside of a hot, glazed donut. Donuts looked delicious and the whole staff was super friendly. Nice old fashioned feel about it. I cant give it a five as I just met someone there. I didn’t try the donuts. They were very tempting though. I’d recommend trying them.

This place is the only bakery that I know of that has been around so many years and still always has the best donuts and coffee. They open super early and sometimes sell out early, so get there as early as you can and try it all! My favorites are the cake donuts and the regular glazed donuts. If I lived in Rayne, I would eat WAY too much just because of this place.
