A popular shack style store inside Garage food hall. There are seating area in the common space right in front and around the restaurant. Their menu has lots of exciting Brazilian sandwiches, skewers, and a variety under “Special” section.
I ordered the cheese bread and beef pastel. Took them about 5 minutes to have the order ready. The associate at register was very friendly, taking orders and also handing them out to everyone. The cheese bread was puffy, tasted really good. The pastel had a deep fried skin, seemed over cooked. But the filling inside was good, beef had a good mix of spice and flavor.

Gaucho’s is located inside the Garage Food Hall. The decoration and colors on the store pop out. Easy to spot it.
Only one person taking orders so a little bit wait but the empanadas were great!! I usually don’t like empanadas because they tend to be dry. These ones were juicy and soft. The outside was still crispy to hold the shape. Meat was marinated nicely with flavors.
I definitely recommend it for small bites if you are not that hungry.

Totally shocked. Out of my comfort zone for food but I was completely impressed. So many strong flavors, meat lovers fries were recommended by the employee for a “traditional Brazilian” meal. The Garage market was a cool clean venue too. Would absolutely recommend!

The Gaucho’s Fries were very filling. The fries were crispy on the outside. The cut of fries were big and substantial. They weren’t like the McDonald string fries (I love them too). The sausage that is in the Gaucho’s Fries were appropriately salty. Some were a little burnt. The sauce that was layered on top was tangy and sweet to balance out the heaviness of the sausage and fries. Great appetizer for 2 or more people or a snack while you explore the surrounding!

Gaucho’s Fire Express is honestly so good. The food comes out fast, the portions are big, and everything tastes super fresh. I wasn’t expecting it to hit this hard but wow, five stars, no question. Definitely a spot I’m coming back to.

The atmosphere is fun with all the people watching that a food hall brings. I was looking forward to something a bit different and was not disappointed.
The ultimate steak sandwich was amazing. There is tons of steak, sausage, sauces and nice light bread. The fries were very crispy and tasty. I got a cheese pastel as well to try which was delicious too. I highly recommend this stop for a change from the normal fare in the hall.

$18 bucks for beans , rice, salad and French fries. Beans only has 1 inch piece of meat, and 2 pieces of sausage ( 6mm each piece) . Not as advertised, not worth the price.

I was looking for something healthy to eat for lunch and the Grilled Chicken Salad was perfect!
It was romaine lettuce, tri-color tortilla strips, grilled onions, carrots + green sauce on the side. I asked for Grilled chicken on top for some lean protein and it really delivered!
Quite a large portion size, and overall a very healthy meal. Chicken didn’t seem too oily, and there was a good amount of the onions and carrots in as well.
I didn’t even add much sauce – it was overall a nice salad on its own (I usually avoid dressings either way, haha)
