Visited this place twice now and both times were unpleasant experience. On first visit had wings but could only eat 4. Waiter brought bill but never returned with Togo container. Asked a second waiter and waited over 10 minutes and she never returned with container either l. They were so preoccupied talking and laughing in back loudly. 2nd visit I arrived at opening and was 3rd to be seated out of 9 that were seated. I was next to last to receive my burger. Customers that walked up ordering Togo even received their orders before me. I’m really hate the treatment I have received. Both visits I have unsavory liking here

This place is just ok. We went for brunch and were disappointed that there were no omelettes on the menu. Instead I opted for a chicken club. It wasn’t bad but also nothing to rave about. We also thought that the prices were very high for being an outdated restaurant in an outdated casino in the middle of nowhere, West Virginia. The atmosphere was very bland and the lights are very bright. It reminded me of a hospital cafeteria or something.

Betty was our server today. She did such a wonderful job, friendly service, and very knowledgeable as to where items such as salad dressing was located on the menu. I got the chicken parm, my girlfriend the Alaskan cod. Food was amazing, I will recommend this place to many others, as the food and service are amazing!

Server was nice and so was the hostess, but it took a long time to get our food. Could be under staffed, I’m not sure. Potatoes did come out a little on the cold side so makes me wonder how long it was sitting. We will be back though

Love Gatsby’s which is in Mountaineer Casino. I order from here on average a few times a week and love everything. Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all good and the service is even better. Samantha and Patricia are the 2 nicest people and always give you great service and a pleasant smile. They make this place what it is.

Service was good. Our waitress was very kind and prompt. We were seated quickly and served quickly. The quality of food was low. Fries were not good. The fish and chips was just one large deep battered cod filet that ended up tasting quite fishy. The Philly sandwich was bland. Overall not a delicious meal. We were disappointed in the food but must say the Service was prompt and the employees were kind.

Sausage gravy and biscuits as well as pancakes were cold, and refills were not offered we told the waitress who said I’ll have the manager come over. Noone ever came except to bring the bill. We ate literally none of our food just paid them to throw it out.
