Very friendly. Food was ok but way overpriced. Different flavors. My chicken for the cordon bleu was tender and good breading. The home fries were good. The apple strudel was not good and went in the trash.

Best place we ate in Cody, including the steakhouses! Every single item was AMAZING!!! We had the pretzel and brat appetizer with this awesome mustard sauce, the schnitzel, brats and of course, the German beer in a boot! And the customer service was amazing. The owner was present to answer questions and tell us about German beer/traditions, along with Vlad our server who was so sweet and helpful! Price was well worth it, much better than the steaks we spent way more on in town.

Stopped in with my family for a quick snack and shared the two pretzels with meat and cheese. The service was slow, and when the food came out, there was mold on the cheese and the meat looked off. They replaced only the bad slices but didn’t really try to make it right.
We were also charged a surprise 20% “room fee” (automatic gratuity for groups larger than 5), but no one told us about it, and we didn’t get an itemized receipt, so we accidentally tipped twice. When we brought it up, the server said “well it’s on the menu,” but we were never handed one, it’s only listed way at the very bottom on their website after scrolling past every menu item. We only had one food item, soft drinks, and two meads, and the total was $70

Germany in the middle of Cody, WY! I had the wild game sausage platter and hubs had the sneitzel, both delicious! He had the boot of beer, but I had a cherry mule that was so good I not only had 2, I had to stop a few days later to have another! The food portions were huge, so you definitely could share, I was able to take leftovers to hotel because we had a fridge. I also got a piece of German cheesecake for a midnight snack. Excellent, friendly and attentive service. A nice patio for seating and people watching, or a comfortable dine in area. Totally worth a stop, even if just for a cherry mule and apps!

Im honestly not sure why they dont have 5 stars. This is a truly family owned restaurant. Amazing food amazing owners and amazing environment. Cardi and her husband work so hard to keep this restaurant thriving. Go here for the food, stay here for the lovely owners.

Best unique food I’ve ever tasted. The kind owners serve the food and it’s just delicious. There are very kind people working there and I would go there every Friday with my sister. We’ve always had a great time and the beer is really good. I suggest to go there to taste the most amazing food ever.

What a delightful surprise! The owners—husband and wife—were so warm and welcoming with lots of great stories to share. We stopped in for drinks and an appetizer and LOVED the bar swings. We’ll definitely be back for dinner when we return to beautiful Wyoming. Can’t wait til next year.
