I go here probably 2-3x per week and have never had an issue. The drive through ladies are usually very nice and say good morning, and my coffee is always made right. This morning, someone different was running the drive through window (I’ve never seen her before) and this is the first time I’ve ever had them stick their credit card machine into my car window asking for a tip? I’m half awake, I haven’t had my coffee yet, I only tip at sit down restaurants or delivery services and I’ve never ever ever had a Dunkin Drive thru worker ask me to add a tip in the drive thru before and literally dangle their credit card machine in my car window by a pole…? If I wanted to spend $8 for coffee, I’ll go to 7Brew right down the street.

Decent selection of menu choices, most drinks are pretty sweet and they have been out of items when I’ve ordered but they are always friendly and do their best to accommodate. One of the only places I’ve seen that offer a gluten free treat which is nice.

Got a medium coffee and an order of bacon and hash browns and bacon which was $8+. The bacon was good but I almost couldn’t drink the coffee it was sickeningly sweet but I wasn’t going to toss $4. I will never order the hash browns again, you get 6 tiny circles and they were charred and strangely chewy like something that’s been fried, put in fridge a couple days then reheated. McDonald’s hash browns are 100% better.

Waited 11 minutes to be acknowledged at the register then the girl really could not tell me what the richest regular coffee was. The other 4 girls were working the orders for the drive through so it seems driving through is the best way to go. The did not appear very organized but was much faster getting the drive through customers taken care of than at the register.Small fresh brewed coffee wasn’t bad but not worth the price (2.59). The donut was good and tasted fresh. December 31, 2024

My wife went inside tonight to just try to get some warm water to make our newborn a bottle since he was crying in the car and our bottle warmer wasn’t working. She was inside for 4-5 minutes and no one even acknowledged her. Proceeded to try to go through the drive though and got the same result!! Poor way to treat anyone!!

My husband and daughter went to get me a Mother’s Day donut and this is what I got. Yes I called and the manager said she would replace them but also stated to me that they can’t help the frosting because of the humidity. The inside of the place felt nice and cool to my husband. This is just laziness in the store and they decided to throw my donuts in the bag. Very disappointed in this place.

This is a sad cup I mean it wasn’t cheap but there is a new boy there and I see he tries really hard and I feel I would hurt his feelings complaining about the amount he fills the cup maybe management could talk to him this is what my coffee looks like the last couple of weeks at least 3 times a week

This Dunkin store has really gone downhill…. I ask for my hashbrowns extra crispy and they are always soggy with nasty grease! I’m gonna have to find a new breakfast place! The workers are rude. I just picked up my breakfast and she didn’t say anything to me not good morning not have a good day not anything just stared at me with a nasty look.

The coffee is always better than the breakfast food 9/10. But there’s no complaints here cause the dunkalatte cannot be beat. It’s my favorite and I’m loving how long it has stayed around this time.

I guess if there is a deal right now with the wake-up wraps but that doesn’t mean you skimp out on what it’s supposed to look like. I am very limited where I can eat for breakfast not everybody offers a turkey sausage or a turkey bacon. It’s edible but it’s certainly not what it’s supposed to look like. The first one was correct in the second picture you can see how it was overcooked and not placed correctly, still edible but that’s not the point, make it right.
