Flex House
We’ve been visiting this place and keeping our eye on it as the service has been very good . We decided to try their wing night and was a bit disappointed. Beer is cold, drinks are good . Bartenders are very nice and efficient. Philly needs more cheese . Frisco is “meh”, I guess . And the wings are not fresh . They are so close to being awesome but as a wing connoisseur, I can tell they are pre made and then flashed to heat them up . It makes them tough on the edges, and the meat tastes reheated . The seasoning selections are on point, and the wings themselves are of a perfect size and quality . The problem is they aren’t made fresh upon ordering . Reheating them knocks down the quality significantly and you can’t hide it . If they figure that element out they’d have a killer wing night . We’ll give it another go again to see if maybe they’re having an off night tonight . Just because the parking lot is full , doesn’t mean there is no room for dining fyi . It’s deceiving. Give them a shot .

Absolutely LOVED Gasthaus! The atmosphere, customers, and bartender were GREAT. I had a quesadilla. It was beyond description. I could have literally drooled. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Fun place! The bar was clean. Lots of menu options. I split the Mac Quesadilla with my wife…it was very good. There is plenty of room at the bar, plus tables and booths for dine-in. For those looking to hang out a little longer, they have a pool table and dart boards.

Stopped here with my family (party of 7) one Thursday afternoon for Pizza. We were bummed out that the pizza oven was broken. Was told this was the spot for good pizza. We decided to stay and order other menu items. I hate to give this place a poor review but i can’t ignore the poor service and “lack-of-flavor” in regards to their food.
Food:
I ordered “The Greek” burger and was a little disappointed. The onions didn’t have any flavor, my burger patty fell apart, and my fries were cold. For a 2 dollar add on fried should be warm. My kids boneless chicken wings were cooked too long. They were very hard for them to eat.
Service:
There were a few parts about the same size as us that came and went before we even got our food. It took way to long to get our bill as well. I was a little disappointed with this.
Bar Environment:
The overall aesthetic was pretty relaxed. it has this “up north’ kind of vibe that really desirable. I really did enjoy the setting of the bar and dinning area.
For now, 2 out of 5 stars. I want to try their pizza to see for myself. I would love to return to improve my opinion. Regardless of my somewhat “negative” review, thank you to the Gasthaus staff for serving us. I hope you continue to improve and master your craft. Until next time.

Had out first trip out to Gasthaus Bar and Grill! The inside is small, but cozy and has a clean, sharp look to it. We had a cheese curds appetizer, the Big Jack burger with only one half pound patty rather than two, the burnt ends on brioche, and crispy tater tots. The patty was really high quality, the tots were good, and the Kramer’s cheese curds were great. The burnt ends were a little dry, but still tasty. It is a bit pricier than some of the other options in Watertown, and be prepared to pay extra if you want a side with your burger. Also, might be totally unrelated, but we felt a bit sick to our stomachs afterward. Overall? We had a fun night out at Gasthaus!

I’ve been getting my nachos there on Saturdays because they were so good. I got them today and asked for extra nacho cheese. They piled on the shredded cheese and absolutely no nacho cheese. If I would have known that, I wouldn’t have ordered them. Very disappointed.

The Gyro I had today was such a let down. But maybe because I haven’t had one in three years. Time before the wings weren’t good. But the service I get is always awesome! Food is bad. Service A+.

Horrible experience waiter was rude and gave us no attention and the food was god awful like it had been frozen for months this used to be a great place I’m not sure what happened but I do not recommend for food…. Only go there if you want to get drunk I guess
