This was my first time eating here, even though I’ve lived in Salem for quite a while now. I don’t know how I didn’t know about this place. We went for lunch on a random Wednesday and firstly, the entire restaurant, including the bathrooms is spotless. The service was great. I ordered a virgin blackberry daiquiri and it tasted exactly like it should. Our lunch orders were tasty. My husband said his fajitas were light on the steak, but my coconut shrimp and shrimp enchilada was a huge plate of food. I would skip the dessert though, because the fried ice cream was not really crispy like I was hoping. It didn’t have that crunchy cornflake exterior, but it did come in a fried tortilla cup. The flan was a little on the heavy side. I would definitely return to this restaurant to see what else they have on the menu.

We visited tonight for the first time. We were greeted and seated right away. The place is super clean with low, inviting music. I ordered the seafood chimichanga. For the first time in about 5+ years I actually got the perfect mixture of seafood and sauce on top! I was so excited to see the chimichanga exactly like I prefer I totally forgot to take pictures! My husband got the carne asada and spicy shrimp and loved it! We were checked on various times and did not even have to request extra napkins!! They were brought with the tortillas (which are handmade)! The staff were super friendly and happy! We have found our new favorite place to eat!

favorite chips are always fresh salsa is not hot. Plate presentation is very appealing. The other restaurant charges for a taco salad shell seperate start off on 13.75 when you get bill 17.90 was a big shock extra for tiny scoop guacamole extra for taco shell. I did not like that kind of business practice. Guacamole I understand a little extra. GARIBALDI does not charge extra for taco shell great atmosphere. Service is excellent very nice ladys.

It was New year’s Eve, around 6 pm when we arrived. Not many people in view. After being set, it didn’t take long at all to order our drinks and receive them, along with some chips and dips . I spent a while looking at the menu, since I had never been there before. When we ordered, it was within a reasonable amount of time when we got our meals. The food was great. The wait staff checked back with us a few times during our meal. It was definitely a positive experience. We will be back again.

Immaculately beautiful interior from floor to ceiling (authentic artwork at every booth!) and excellent food to match! The Ensalada Grill was fresh and tasty, the Caldo Albondigas was hearty and spiced just right. The tortillas are made fresh every day. The wait staff are attentive without being intrusive. If you ask for spicier salsa, get ready for some delicious heat! I’m just surprised that it was as quiet and uncrowded as it was!
