Super yummy! Carne molida burrito with red was so dang good. Oh my gosh. This restaurant is a cozy little chill spot because it’s in a hotel. Could be a nice place to relax for a while. Nice lounge music in the background. Super super tasty burrito. It filled me up and was a generous portion size! Highly recommended! Super cool artwork around, too!

Server realized she messed my order, but instead of notifying me she helped other customers. Walked into place w ONLY 3 tables occupied and they still managed to mess up my order. My kids got their plates 10 minutes before I was approached by the waitress to say there was an issue w my order, so she knew this information as she helped other customers. Was still charged for chips and salsa as a compensation for my food not being prepared. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, NOT WORTH THE BILL OR WORRY. NEVER AGAIN, NOT AT THIS PLACE. But I will say is that everyone that got the best service or food on their table was Caucasian unlike us being Native American.

Garduno’s, located at n the heart of the Nativo Hotel, in Albuquerque, NM is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic New Mexican flavors. For a real treat— sit at the bar. The green chile burger is an absolute standout—juicy, perfectly cooked beef paired with the right amount of spicy, smoky green chile. Every bite bursts with flavor, balancing heat and savoriness. The beef bowl is another must-try, featuring tender, seasoned beef with hearty portions of rice and beans. The green chile in the bowl adds a vibrant kick, making it a satisfying, wholesome dish. Whether you’re in the mood for a burger or a comforting bowl, Garduno’s nails it with quality ingredients and bold, traditional flavors.

But the best kept secret are those you will meet at the bar— everyone has a story.

The staff are like family of which every business should take note of how to run their own business.

Made an order online for pickup. They do not offer the full menu that Gardunos typically carries. Order time was efficient. I ordered multiple items. The chile con queso appetizer was $10. It was 2 oz of queso. However, this is not gardunos queso. This was a flour based processed thick imitation cheese sauce with no chile. The carne adovada was dried and minimal chile. The taquitos were straight from the freezer section. Gardunos should be ashamed to have their name attached to this low quality standard.

The food was great, however my waiter couldn’t care less about serving me. He never even returned to my table or acknowledged I was still there. 2 different employees had to come to my rescue. One of them gave me a refill and cleared my table, and then I sat there for a long time before another different employee came over and asked if I needed anything. At that point I just wanted my check, she apologized that I wasn’t being taken care of and got my check for me. I didn’t catch my original waiters name, but man does he need to learn to do his job. He couldn’t care less. And I don’t think it was just me, I don’t think he was attending any of his tables after the initial interaction.

Wish there was a 0 option….the food was disgusting! Ordered the favoritos….the food was all smashed together! Didn’t know what was what!! Vomit worthy for sure!! Flavor bland and yuck! Threw it out!! $18 for a really crappy meal! Not the Gardunos I remembered and loved!! The chimichangas were not! Carne adovada in a tortilla cut in 4 pieces….not a chimichanga!! No queso…ugh so disgusting

This was the worst experience of a gardunos I’ve ever had first off the orders were so small like a quarter of the size of what you would get at the gaardunos on the west side. the salsa is all watered down and wouldn’t even stay on a chip the calavacitas was straight onions that they used for there Fajitas. mini sopapillas, The blue coconut margaritas are not the same not even the same color I will never come here again and never recommend this restaurant I see them going under in a matter of months There were only 4 other tables in the whole restaurant Pretty much empty if that don’t go to show you.
SADIES is way better !!!

It was not a good experience or worth it’s price. The food was generally bland, and in terms of the rice and sopapillas undercooked. The portions run small except for the the margaritas. Those are large and taste great.

Dont order the carne asada. It looked like chorizo and it was too salty and fatty. I couldn’t eat it. Other than that everything else was great

The food is New Mexican style. Filled with flavor, but not too spicy. This restaurant is located in the hotel, so the spiciness is catered to a palette that is not accustomed to hot chile.
