Took shelter here on a rainy Friday night and what a laid back place to be. Cozy atmosphere surrounded by genuinely good people. Their Braised Beef Ravioli dancing in a decadent, creamy Truffle Mornay sauce is wildly delicious. I would come back for that alone. Served with a hearty Chicken and Wild Rice soup that gave me a ‘Ratatouille’ moment. Followed by a melt in your mouth Creole Lobster Dip w/triangles of pillowy pita perfection. The Chimichurri NY Strip was not bad. All together, it was a lovely dinner.

I wanted to love this place so much. I had the Brie, prosciutto and pear appetizer, they were out of pear and the slices of brie and prosciutto were microscopic. My drink however was delicious albeit a weak pour. I went back the next day and had the southwestern salad with shrimp. I paid $7 to add the shrimp and literally got 3 small shrimp in the salad. Overall, the atmosphere and staff are great but the food is overpriced and below average.

We were so excited to celebrate my birthday with a 6:15pm reservation. At 7:40, we decided to push our reservation at Paine’s Nature of Light to 8:40. At 8pm, we asked the waitress (who was sharing no information with us), if she could check on the kitchen. She came back 10 minutes later and told us there were still 5 tickets ahead of us and we would miss the Paine. We decided to leave. Our food would have taken almost 3 hours…

Truly a wonderful dining experience. The service was fantastic, the food was expertly prepared, and the bourbon selection was a very happy surprise. Most importantly, Gardina’s had a lot of delicious options to accommodate celiac diners, including gluten-free bread for the appetizer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great night out. Check out the wine and bourbon selection in the market for a bottle to take home with you!

Nice small cozy atmosphere, service was prompt and the food was delicious. Fig flat bread was a unique appetizer and one of the best that I’ve ever had. Portion size was decent for the price of the food. Seafood pasta that I ordered was simplistic in its composition but tasted great.

The Shrimp Prosciutto Fettuccine, Braised Beef Ravioli, and Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake were all terrific. But the star of the show was the Ricotta Cheesecake! It was so amazingly perfect! This place has a nice vibe and comfortable atmosphere. I’d certainly come back … especially for the cheesecake.
