Food like someone’s favorite family member made it like… good good ☕ . Had the skillet with cheese. The onions potatoes and green pepper were well seasoned and the cheese was American melted side of a short stack . My manfriend had a bacon and cheese omelet. He loved the bacon was whole folded with the cheese into the omelet, crispy enough to easily cut into but not too dry. Hot sauce on the eggs and a half order of biscuits and gravy, which was better than I make. That breakfast anywhere else would have been $35- $45 but this place was an amazing value Staff is funny and friendly. Regulars make the atmosphere great!

This was my first visit to this hidden gem of a restaurant, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm welcome from the new owner Jeff immediately made me feel at home. I’ve dined at several soul food establishments, but the service here was truly top-tier.
My meal arrived piping hot within just 10-15 minutes, and I was delighted to find that everything was seasoned to perfection. The entire staff radiated warmth and friendliness, creating an inviting atmosphere that elevated my visit to something truly memorable.
I can wholeheartedly say that the 45-minute drive was absolutely worth it, and I look forward to making the journey again. The prices are remarkably low considering the generous portions and exceptional quality of the food. I can’t recommend this place enough!

It one of those little hole in the wall diners and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Unpretentious yet superbly delicious. One of those places where the service is super friendly and you feel at home. Breakfast was fast, hit, and perfectly cooked. I wish I remembered my waitresses name because she was awesome. I’ll definitely be revisiting this place. And don’t let me forget the prices. Super reasonable!
