Our nugget history begins in the mid-1970’s, when the original owner, Lou Iandoli and his business partner opened Garden Poultry in the heart of Greenwich, CT. In 1978, grabbing hold of an opportunity to grow and expand, Mr. Landoli opened under the name of Garden Catering on Sound Beach Avenue; which is now known as our flagship location. Sadly, Mr. Iandoli passed away in 1989 and Garden Catering closed its doors. Responding to the heartache of nugget fans everywhere, Frank Carpenteri Sr. purchased the business from Mrs. Iandoli, along with the secret recipes for Garden Catering’s famous fried chicken and nuggets.

Okay, I love garden catering. I’ve been eating from this place for years. But there’s one rule in my family now: DONT GO TO GARDEN CATERING PORT CHESTER. Over the years the quality declined, and the last time I went there I swore that I would only be going ti their Greenwich and Stamford locations for now on. The food from here last time was basically raw and it was DISGUSTING. The cashier dude looked high out of his mind. Inside just looked dirty. It saddens me that this location is going down the drain because I would walk here as a child. I will be going to their other locations from now on, and you should too.

Best chicken nuggets! No one else can beat them. Recently went during morning hours and had the hotsy sandwich and wow it was good. Not sure why I never ordered it before but definitely coming back for more nuggets snd the hotsy.

Leaving this review in the hopes that management makes some changes. The food is delicious but this garden catering can’t seem to get delivery orders correct. Not looking to dissuade people from eating here, I still order from this place regularly. Just wish they would take the extra second to confirm the correct sauces are delivered and the food they make is what was ordered.

Terrible experience and not the first time.. I walked in at 5:34 on a Sunday the listed hours are 6 pm both times they refused to take my order and said they were closing. Both times they were very adamant and rude about it.

Always small portions. Just went back today for the first and and got bad boy or big boy (3/4) pound chicken. Looked tiny so I weighed it at home was really about ( 224 g) not even half chicken. Got cones and about 15 fries. Go to Marinis or chicken Joe’s instead.
