I’ve eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants but this one tops them all. The place is very upscale, not decorated in the traditional Mexican decor. The selection of food was impressive and the food tasted amazing. Service was spot on. My wife said it’s worth the four hour drive to come back. Great job to this team and we hope to come back soon.

The chips and hot sauce are homemade, which was our first good sign…We had a margarita, carne asada, and the Hawaiian quesadilla, which was recommended by our waitress. Being from west Texas, we were prepared to be disappointed. Garcia’s is now our top rated Mexican restaurant of all time. It was fresh, delicious, and more than enough for the two of us. The atmosphere was clean and decorated in what we call “Modern Mexican”. It was a great experience. We highly recommend it.

We drove out of our way off I65 to eat at this location and the food was excellent! We had both chicken and steak Taco Loco and the portions were generous and delicious! We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful holiday decor!

There are better options for Mexican food in Glasgow and Cave City as well. Food was barely OK. No seasoning. Had my go to Shrimp Diablo which is supposed to be spicy and it wasn’t at all. First time I’ve had the dish where it wasn’t spicy. The rice was water logged with no flavor. The black beans were bland. The one positive we had was the service was good.

One of the most delicious burritos I’ve ever had! They also have excellent salsa. Not sure why there was a 20 min wait when the restaurant was empty. The locals all seem to go here and the food quality did not disappoint
