Bringing you the finest selection of fresh, never frozen crawfish in the Midwest, we use only fresh catches directly from the heart of Louisiana. Our offerings include live crawfish, Cajun critters, fixins, & common seafood cravings guaranteed to impress any Cajun or Creole native. Find us at the red food truck in Froggy’s Liquor Store parking lot during Crawfish season. Follow Gar Joe’s Crawfish for all you can eat events and catered boils. To pre-order, make sure to place your order by 4 PM on Wednesdays for pick up the following Saturday between 11 AM to 4 PM. Walk ups encouraged but not guaranteed.

We love going to get live crawfish and having crawfish boils! We do several a season and have never been disappointed yet! We also buy his homemade sausage, and it is THE BEST sausage we have had. We will do the hour drive to Wichita and hour drive home almost every weekend to get live crawfish from his location. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest , and highly recommended!

I drive every weekend I’m off from Newton and drive to South Wichita to buy Crawfish and Shrimp from Gar Joe’s! And his smoked sausage is the best I’ve ever had! And my close buddy of mine that has been a cook for for 48 years says the same thing about the sausage. So his platter’s are absolutely amazing!

Hands down the best crawfish in town! Joe is amazing — I met him a few years ago and had the chance to attend his very first all-you-can-eat event at his house, which was unforgettable. We have ordered most weekends since he opened. The seafood is fresh and cooked right. The crawfish is seasoned just like you get in Louisiana.

He makes his own sausage and it is spiced and smoked just right.

The crablegs are cooked to perfection and we love the corn and mushrooms.

The service is friendly and great! We have highly recommend his food and service.
