Had poke and hibachi. Quick service, delicious and well flavored. Can order ahead online and pick up. Wish they were open Sunday and we would stop here every Sunday! Excited to try their sushi and Ramen next time!!

Alright, I finally ended up doing it. I know there are others like myself that saw their Tonkotsu Ramen and were intrigued, then quickly followed by a gasp of utter shock that it’s over $20 with tax. I told myself, “That is insane. A bowl of ramen for over $20? That’s outrageous, it can’t be THAT good.” Well, I was wrong. I was very wrong. It is truly magnificent. To be fair, I still find it too expensive, but that will not stop me from ordering it again. That broth is divine. I don’t like mushrooms. Yet, I did with that broth. I don’t like chives. Yet, I did with that broth. I doubt I would like a severed human toe. Yet, I believe I would with that broth. My only complaint is that the pork was a bit dry, but not severe enough to convince me to take away a star. The noodles were fantastic, though. I believe that I have gotten my point across. The price is ridiculous, but dare I say it’s worth it. I honestly don’t believe you could get a better bowl of ramen in TN. Maybe not even in Japan itself. If you have been on the fence about trying it, DO IT. I was completely biased against it because of its price, and here I am singing its praises. I wanted to hate it but I couldn’t. I will struggle to not purchase it regularly. That would be my only warning if you don’t want to get hooked on something so expensive.

Food was Delicious. Disappointed in the portion size for the money. We dropped $100 for a family of 5 with tip. I do not feel they should ask for tip prior to service. You order on a tablet yourself. They bring you your food in togo containers and bag and that is all. Very little interaction with the employees. A/C wasn’t working so they had fans and it was hot but that may be something they are working on. Again, food was great!
