My wife and I went for the first time today, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The service was excellent, and our food came out very quickly. Everything was AMAZING! We ordered the Short Ribs and a Seafood Pancake. The Banchan that came with them were also wonderful. In the past (at other restaurants) I have suffered through some lame Banchan, but not here. The fresh flavors and textures were a perfect compliment to an incredible meal. I can’t wait to return so I can try other items on the menu.
Additionally, if I’m ever out that way during lunch I’m definitely going to take advantage of the Lunch Specials.
I cannot recommend this fabulous restaurant enough. Go check it out!

My first time going here was today. My partner and I got our favorite Korean dishes and it was all phenomenal. The service was polite and concise. Prices were a bit higher than shown previously on reviews but still worth every penny. We will definitely be back again asap.

This place is a hidden gem! The food at Gang Nam Korean Restaurant is truly authentic and incredibly tasty. Every dish was full of rich flavor, and the side dishes were fresh and plentiful just like you’d get in Korea. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly marinated. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick even though the restaurant was busy. You can really tell they care about quality and tradition here. Definitely one of the best Korean restaurants in Columbia I’ll be coming back again soon!

This is our new favorite Korean restaurant in the Carolinas (we also eat at a lot of Korean restaurants)! The banchans were equally delicious. We order the shredded beef stew and the grill mackerel. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicate and nuanced flavors of everything. I can’t wait to come back!!

This was by FAR the best authentic Korean Food I have had outside of Korea. The Galbi (beef short ribs) were amazing and highly recommended. The Korean cooks and staff were polite and friendly. It is a small quaint space but they use it well. If you are looking for a true authentic Korean restaurant, this is your place!
