I visited at lunch time on a Sunday and tried their cheeseburger with krinkle seasoned fries and it was nice. The service was nice as well. It was not a peak time while I was there but I picked up on the atmosphere a little. This might be Albemarle’s Cheers.

Great pizza! Cute bartenders, lots of pool tables, some video games, jammin jukebox, bands on weekends. Wednesday is biker night. Friendly atmosphere, but mind you p’s and q’s. You may not recognize but security is always in the house!

Went last night, they were having a Halloween costume contest, I did not know there was not a live band and that’s what I went there for as I have done in the past on a Saturday night but me and my friend stayed to have a drink. The service from the bartenders were horrible and really seemed like I was being ignored which is bad because it was not busy, not allot of people there, the deadest I’ve ever encountered there on a Saturday night. The drink I ordered was not the drink I got and it was so nasty tasting that I left it on the bar instead of complaining so a huge waste of money. I really liked the place when I would go there before but probably will not go to that one again, maybe I will check out the new place on 109 and wish I would have went to that one last night. You would think if you wanted to spend a substantial amount of money and have a good time you would get better service.

We went there hoping to spend lots of money on drinks and food. We asked the bartender if we could get some wings and she said they were done in the kitchen. Then she kind of ignored me like I wasn’t there when I wanted a drink. Then the people next to us got food 30 minutes after we had already been there. And she wouldn’t let us get more than the one drink we had already purchased. Even though everyone else was going in and buying more. So I ordered a Domino’s Pizza because they wouldn’t feed us. To which everyone gave us dirty looks. Then as we were leaving, someone came up to us and told us they didn’t want any negativity. This is an extremely biased bar and grill, I’m not sure if it’s a biker bar. Last time I checked money was money, and I had plenty to spend there. Really bad customer service and a really negative energy. If you’re not in with the click, I would not go here.

Editing my previous review in which I stated I was overcharged. Apparently it was a mistake (maybe on my banks part) and has since resolved. Thank you for replying and trying to make it right. That’s what a great business will do so I will try to visit again when I’m in the area.

Very friendly owner & staff. Wife and I visited Saturday night and had a great time. Dinner was great, beers wee cold and Preacher Stone did not disappoint. Will defiantly return. Thanks Bob for your southern hospitality.

We drove from Va to see Preacher Stone and they did not disappoint. We didn’t try the food but will next time. Everything that we saw coming from the kitchen looked and smelled amazing and we seen take out orders going out steady all night. Staff was very friendly but didn’t bug you to death. We will return with Preacher Stone.

I enjoyed my time there. I shot some pool with my father-in-law. My only issues were that a soft drink is $2 a single game of pool is $1 also very few pool sticks have their weights stamped on them and others are in poor and unusable condition. Nevertheless I was able to find a few that were of good quality. The biggest benefit was that you can rent a table for an hour for $10.
