This is my first time here and I did an online order and picked it up as I work nearby. Everyone told me that was the place to go for subs. The sandwich wasn’t bad. I got the Hampton, but the bread was kind of dry and it was just an OK sandwich. I ordered a side of coleslaw and for $3.49, I expected a container that was bigger than I got. The pictures online for the potato salad show a pint container, but there is no picture for the coleslaw. It was about half that size and plus only half filled. It was literally about a 1/4 cup of coleslaw, maybe 1/3 of a cup. The picture included shows the coleslaw where I moved it over to the side showing that it is literally half filled. Very easily could have put more coleslaw in there! Everyone said to get a pastrami sandwich, so I might try that next time, but I probably won’t get a side.

Tried here for the first time today. Ordered the meatball hero, knuckle sandwich, chef salad, red pepper bisque, and egg salad. Everything was delish! The meatball hero had just the right amount of marinara sauce. My boyfriend thought it was a little dry but I hate a wet sandwich so this was perfect for me! Bread was also perfect. Nice and light and airy to complement the heartiness of the meatballs. Meatballs were soft and flavorful. Had a bite of the knuckle sandwich, as it was my boyfriend’s, and it was really good too! I might order that next time. Really liked the mushrooms on that. Didn’t try the chef salad but my boyfriend also really enjoyed it. Red pepper bisque was good as well. I think there were little chunks of Gouda which was a pleasant surprise, was not expecting chunks. The bisque was a little “lighter” in flavor compared to other red pepper bisques that I have had but that isn’t a bad thing. Lastly, the egg salad. It was a toss up as I read good things about it and the potato salad but the egg salad was calling me. I found it really flavorful and delicious as well. Might try it as a sandwich next time too. Based on how good our food was today I think there are going to be many more “next times”. I’ll wrap up this review by adding that the customer service was also great. Very friendly. Overall, I really liked our experience and cannot wait to try more of the menu!

Staff was nice. Food was not worth it. I paid almost $25 for one sandwich, pickle and a small drink. The “12 inch” sandwich was all bread. I would make an educated guess that there was less than 2ounces of meat and cheese. One row of deli meat that was thinner than the shredded lettuce used to fill up the sandwich. Honestly the worst value from any Deli out here. I hope it was a mistake or a new employee’s error and not their standard practice.

We absolutely love this sub shop! Their sandwiches are truly amazing, especially the Buffalo Bill which is my personal favorite. It’s become our favorite place to grab a delicious lunch when we are on that side of town!
Beyond the incredible food, the owners are so friendly and clearly have a blast serving customers. They also do so much to support the community. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you are seriously missing out!

Ordered the bridge Hampton that is supposed to come with avocado, and I subbed mustard for mayo. Sandwich came dry and no avocado. Ordered a little Italy with no onion, no tomato and no oil and vinegar- came fully dressed with it all. I think this is why I like the sandwich shops where you can watch them make your food. Staff is nice but for the price of the sandwiches, they really need to get it right. To make it all the way home and realize that your order is wrong and that you tipped, well it makes you want to go somewhere else next time.

I love their sandwiches. The 3 of us got Rockefeller Reubens this time and they were delicious. A good amount of tender, flavorful pastrami. The staff were friendly and helpful. I do recommend the drive thru as staff are told to prioritize those orders.
