0/0! The customer service is horrific – Sounds like somthing out of a night. The cashier – older white female with gray hair is completely rude to everyone. The cashier claims to not have heard the complete order so instead of clarifying or reading back what the customer ordered, she placed the order has is – Not even ensuring exactly what the order should be. And the “Mr. Clean” Manager was no help in accomodating a customer’s complaint or concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. But the Fusion Noodle Bar next door has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE EXTREMELY POLITE! FYI.

I got the chili cheese fries. Absolutely disgusting and only got about 4 fries in when I decided I couldn’t keep going. Mushy & soggy fries. Nasty and cheap cheese. For nearly $10 you’d expect better.

This place is a joke. Messed up order then yelled at me for putting my food pager on the counter, worker mindlessly cleared it then had no clue how to hand me my food. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Food is okay.
