The unassuming exterior does not reflect the cool atmosphere inside. We dined at the bar and really enjoyed the house burger and olive burger. The most unique beer tap system imaginable. It actually fills your glass from the bottom up! Mind blown! Our awesome bartender Page took exceptional care of us. Plus I won $18 bucks on one $3 Keno. We’ll be back!

Went there and we all had the perch dinners. Very greasy filets and tasteless. Called the owner next day told him, he said most people like it. Worst fish fry we won’t be back. What a waste of money The server was not very attentive.

You know life at that bad that you can’t smile. Everyone is awesome there but one waitress every time I go there it’s like her life has ended. It’s to the point I don’t like going if she there. She is never attentive to me I run out of everything but I can say she pays attention to my hubby. It get uncomfortable. I’ve waitress a bar for a friend before and the rule of thumb was if the drink goes halfway it doesn’t hurt to ask. And it’s smile be nice and respectful. Our regular girl had to get our check. She didn’t even ask short or tall. But like I said my hubby got a tall automatic. I will always go there because the place is awesome bob did an amazing job just going to stay with my other waitress.

Food was fantastic! Our waitress Chloe was super, the owner Bob was wonderful, enjoyed watching him play pool with customers. We will for sure be back!

Best urinal I’ve seen. The rest of the recent modern interior updates are also wonderful. The staff is great and the owner is very nice. They also have a tap system that fills the glass from bottom up and you can pay your tab from your phone. This may be the future of the small Northern Michigan bar.

Staff are friendly and service is fine . Portions have taken a nose dive The perch was always a favorite. Now it’s more like perch crumbs and no longer served with the garlic toast and the portion of fries has shrank . My previous visit I decided to try the “Jumbo Chicken wings” I ordered them boneless , boy was that a mistake . Looked like popcorn and a measly portion as well . Not a bad place for a cocktail but I am going to eat at home from now on . Sad .
