The flavors of the food are enjoyable and offer a satisfying experience. The staff provides friendly and efficient service, enhancing the overall dining encounter. However, the interior design of the restaurant does not meet the same standard. The ambiance fails to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ultimately, the interior design negatively impacts the overall impression of the dining location.

I tried Cupbop recently and it was decent, but nothing special. The biggest issue for me was the sauces. They were overly sweet and overpowered everything else instead of adding balance. The food also didn’t taste very fresh, which made the whole meal feel underwhelming.
Another downside was the ordering experience. The menu wasn’t explained very clearly, and the employees could have done a better job helping first-time customers understand the options, especially with the different sauce levels and combinations.
Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t memorable either. It came across as pretty mediocre, especially considering there are better options around. If you’re looking for quick Korean food, I’d recommend Tommy’s Korean Express off post instead, since the quality and freshness there are noticeably better, and the prices are also very reasonable for the portion size.

Make sure you call before you place an order. I placed an order with this restaurant through UberEats, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. Two delivery drivers attempted to pick up the order but canceled, and I wasn’t informed until the third driver told me the restaurant was closed. The restaurant should ensure their Uber business account reflects accurate hours to prevent this. While I understand today is New Year’s Day, this was still a significant waste of money, time and effort—for the drivers and for me, waiting an hour and a half for food. I hope they improve their process so this doesn’t happen to others.

I love the food! The rock is wonderfully crunchy and savory, with a thin coating and plenty of meat inside. I also enjoy the texture of the cabbage, which is lightly steamed and served between the rice and hot proteins. The great service is a welcome bonus.

Absolutely Incredible Korean BBQ Experience!
If you’re looking for top-tier Korean barbecue, this place delivers big time. From the moment you sit down, the staff makes you feel taken care of—super friendly, quick with refills, and always ready to help you grill everything perfectly.
The quality of the meat is outstanding. Every cut was fresh, tender, and packed with flavor. The marinated beef practically melted in my mouth, and the pork belly was the perfect balance of crispy and juicy. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
The sides were just as impressive. The banchan came out fresh and plentiful—kimchi with the perfect kick, pickled veggies that balanced the richness of the meat, and a soybean paste stew that hit the spot. They kept everything coming without us ever having to ask.
The atmosphere is fun and energetic without being chaotic. Clean grills, clean tables, and a setup that makes cooking your food feel effortless. By the end, we were absolutely stuffed and already talking about what we want to try on our next visit.
If you love Korean BBQ—or even if you’ve never had it before—this is the place to go. Great service, great food, great vibe. Can’t recommend it enough!

Ryen was so helpful! I asked her for advice on what to eat, and she gave me the perfect recommendation. The dish was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and exactly what I didn’t know I was craving. The service was genuine and attentive and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my family members.

I came in because I heard good reviews of this place, but when I went to order and noticed one of the workers there was on her phone and not helping the other workers. It was pretty busy that day too so I was confused about why she wasn’t assisting. It was a girl with black hair and glasses. And I wanted to point it out. It’s unprofessional. On top of that, the food was dry and I waited too long for my food. Fifteen minutes is absolutely ridiculous. I hope Cupbop does better.
