Tried Galbi Korean Steak House & Sushi and had such a great experience! The food was really good, and the best part was how they cook everything right at your table. It makes the whole meal feel interactive and fun instead of just sitting and waiting for food.

I had an incredible experience at Galbi Korean Steakhouse. This place is easily one of the best new dining spots in Shelton. The concept is awesome a modern Korean BBQ steakhouse, it feels like this place belongs in Miami.
The quality of the meat was outstanding. You can really tell they focus on top-tier ingredients, and the marbling on the steaks was incredible. Everything cooked perfectly on the grill and the flavors were amazing. The sushi was also a great surprise and paired perfectly with the meal.
The atmosphere is modern, energetic, and perfect for a night out — whether it’s a date night, dinner with friends, or a celebration. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better.
Between the high-quality meats, great drinks, and the fun interactive dining experience, this place is a must-try. If you’re anywhere near Shelton or the surrounding area, definitely check it out. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
