My meal here was my favorite among the ~5 hispanic restaurants I’ve tried in Morristown. Two of us shared Bandera (steak was delicious and looked dry but it was not at all, and the chicharrón was physically easier to eat than at other spots), Mixed tripe & goat stew (goat was super tender), and pupusa beans.

the bathroom was dirty so were the tables. There was also a cockroach by our table. The goat stew was old and chewy the rice was days old. The sweet plantain was cooked frozen and reheated. The drink we got expired last year. Overall a terrible place. Not to mention the server was on the phone and kept laughing out loud. I just walked out of there and my stomach already feels funny. If you have a sensitive stomach don’t come here!! I have lived around the area for years and if this is what they serve the community that’s very disappointing

Really nice staff but the food quality doesn’t equal the prices.

They were out of goat so I went with the beef and tripe stew. The cow foot soup has a rich broth

I order a salchipapa thinking it would be a great meal to start my wonderful morning it turned out they gave me nothing but despair to my day ruining it, never felt more disappointed than finding stale french fries covering only 98% of your plate and 2 small cut hot dogs place there as if they ate the rest on there way to my table I order chicken nuggets for my cousin and they gave him 3 dino nuggets looking like they bought off at walmart worst restaurant i’ve seen

OMG this food is DELICIOUS. It brought me right back to Ecuador. I wasn’t feeling well and the soup REVIVED me – grateful for that and the incredible fried cod. True Latin American style.

This is one of those hole-in-the-wall places that just makes great authentic food. Their pupusas are great and cheap. Their plates are big and flavorful, albeit a bit higher-priced, and their horchata is very refreshing. Two of us ate for $25 including tip.
