I have to update this after trying their new Smores chocolate cake today!! So so so GOOD!!!!!!!!!
They have some amazing gluten free bread!! Got to meet Gail and her crew last week and they were very friendly and answered all my questions. Even let me sample a few things while there! I’m glad the website is up and running as it lets me order easily and pick up in town. The white sandwich bread is Great! Honestly the Best I’ve had and that’s after years of trying different brands. I have also had their cookies and banana nut breads and those are good too. I need to try their rolls. That’s usually something I miss at dinner time. They also have croutons! Will def keep ordering more. Sandwiches are FUN again!

We are from out of town and we stopped by the farmer’s market in Charlotte this morning. To my absolute delight, I discovered Gail’s goodies. I bought multiple different things to try and they are all amazing. My favorite by far was the garlic and rosemary bread! I ate half a loaf by myself on the way home.
I have tried a lot of gf bakeries when we come across them in our travels, and I have made my own gluten free bread several times, and I’m telling you, it doesn’t get better than this. It was amazing!

Gail and Bob are the best! She has a great selection of gluten free and vegan baked goods. Amazing loaves of bread! She even made a gf and vegan person cake for my wife for our wedding.
