There are good places to get a sub, but there are few great places. This is one of the great places. They start their sandwiches off right with a great bun and fill them with the finest Italian meats and cheeses. Just too tasty!

Sandwiches and service are great. HOWEVER, the prices change every day. I usually order the same thing with chips + soda… the staff usually has to think to themselves and ask around every order. There should be set prices. I paid $15 once, $14 once, $17 once… what the heck is going on?? ♂️

Wait over 20 mins in a line with blaring music. Menu is too small and only visible at the counter where they expect you to know what you want. Have messed up my sandwich multiple times probably cause the staff is so unorganized. Also rude to be honest. I showed up late for a sandwich and they were 30 mins from closing and they gave me a hard time. Used to be good.

The owner was such a gem, my boyfriend and I drove from Westchester to try this deli, as the reviews are amazing and we got there just as he was closing and about to go home. He saw the disappointment on my face and took us in and made us his best sandwich and it did not disappoint! It was so kind of him to be stay late and take care of us. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious and we will be back again!

I feel like everytime I go to Gaetanos, it’s like a new experience. There’s so many different types of hero’s I want to try that I’m able to get something new each time! This beauty is The Bishop which contains roast beef, sharp provolone and roasted red peppers. As for Covid protocol, they’re following everything that they can to ensure the safety of their staff and customers which makes me feel very comfortable going into their shop. They allow a few people inside at a time and advise to call first to ensure your order is ready in time for when you get there. Can’t wait to try something new the next time I go! And ask for the Buffalo chicken salad, it’s so delicious!

This isn’t just a deli…this is a food experience filled with the freshest and most incredible combinations of food around. Our sandwiches were made fresh right in front of us by a literal food Stylist. The care and passion that each of their counter people have to create the best food possible is evident as you watch them slice everything fresh and put the ingredients together. My Italian sub was unbelievable and my wife always gets the “Stratford and Main”. If you love breaded chicken…just order this sandwich. They are always friendly and always a little busy. BUT, the line goes quick and it’s well worth the few extra minutes to get the freshest food around.
