Looked out for this place whilst visiting the market , due to it featuring in one of Rick Stein’s weekend escapes .
Unfortunately the market didn’t live up to expectations , as hardly any fish stalls were open & it was really quiet .
Thankfully we still decided to give Gadisushi a try & it was well worth it .
Excellent sushi washed down by a couple of manzanillas was a great lunch .
Would be great to go when the market is fully open & there’s a bit more of a buzz around the place .

We ordered a takeout from this place. The fish was super fresh. We are from the USA so a lot of the choice weren’t familiar, but we were not disappointed! Reasonably priced as well! We bought a bottle of wine from them to have with sushi. Verdejo didn’t disappoint either!

I love good sushi and, given that Cadiz has the best fish market I have ever seen outside of Japan, and that it is right next door, it’s hardly surprising that this place is so good. The Uramaki and the spicy tuna temaki were quite exceptional.

Delicious delicious sushi. Amazingly fresh. Carefully crafted. If you are in Cadiz you have to eat some sushi here. The prices are very good too. It is in the lovely open air market in Cadiz. A must do on every Cadiz itinerary.

Such a fun place to eat. It’s located in the public market at the little kiosks. We arrived around 10:30pm and the market was packed with people. We only had to wait a few minutes for a table to open up and quickly was served. They have package deals that includes several different types of sushi. We had tuna sashimi, a couple rolls and some wine. Great fresh seafood. Tasted amazing. Presentation was great. The vibe of the market was energizing. After dinner was nice to stroll the streets of Cadiz back to our place.
Highly recommend this place.

[Visited two times!!! Still SUPER ] we love it there ❤️ Very nice service and food specially toro. As it’s right at the fresh market their fishes are super fresh! Good wine collections and price is very fair. It would be even 6 stars if the rice of the rolls can be a bit thinner and less Mayo, also the sashimi could be a bit bigger size [second time we were there, has been improved !] 🙂 please also make an English menu and I’m sure it will be a boost for ur business! We will be back, see u a couple days later 🙂

This is by far the best sushi in town. Perhaps the best sushi I’ve ever had. The tuna here is fabulous. I especially loved the nigiri tuna belly. I wish I had discovered this place earlier in our trip. I would eat here everyday. We heard Japan even gets tuna from this region so you will not go wrong with anything tuna here. Both the tuna and salmon maki were also excellent.

I would give this place 10 stars. The best tuna I have ever had! Literally it was better than omakase 1* Michelin I had in London.
Try their sashimi and literally everything, it’s out of this world.

Just simply magnificent and probably the best tuna you will get outside of Japan because it was caught just of the coast of Cadiz.
Dined here like many others due to Rick Stein, it doesn’t disappoint.
Had rather a large selection, it was all perfection. Mixed tuna as it’s the season, why we were here, temaki, a godzilla Californian roll and a sashimi selection.
A gastronomic delight.

Best tuna in town. The entire market is a remarkable place to eat but this location has something special. Definitely you should try their tuna.
