Hotdog Kustoms moved from Temecula to O’side last October. Very near the new location of Hotdog Kustoms is Gaby’s Tacos. Friday is shop lunch and we decided to give Gaby’s a try, seems regardless of the time of day or night, there are people eating here or standing in line. The food is way more impressive than what you’d expect from a typical rolling kitchen, the variety is also beyond expectations and the specials are brick and mortar restaurant quality. The girls running the place are outstanding, the dining area is clean, organized and the selection of fresh salsa and vegetables is great. The food ordered to eat there is served to you on a plate w/real silverware. If you’re anywhere near here try it out, or if you’re interested in a ride and want food food, give them a try. I’d suggest the octopus tacos!

Super friendly staff, even came out to check on us while we were eating (it’s a food truck). Noisy area, but they have made the most of their location. Extremely clean area around the truck. Street tacos were on point, and the serve yourself salsa bar had a great options and was also spotless. Recommend for sure.

Visiting in town from AZ we were on the hunt for some good tacos for the night when we stumped upon Gaby’s Taco and I am so glad we did. It was absolutely delicious. Each one of the tacos were amazing. Their house made salsa was so good too. I really liked the Crispy fish taco the best. That poblano sauce was soooo good. I highly recommend this place. We easily ordered enough food for 5 people and ended up spending $100.
Not shown in this photo we also ordered the Churros with icecream and a Jamaica.

The tacos were big and were very filling. I loved the fresh mango and pita as well on some of the tacos.

Whenever im back in Oceanside to see my family, ill be stopping here again.

Another very delicious taco truck!

This truck has a ton of character, as it is a newer track with a very deluxe outside seating area. It is immaculately, decorated with artificial turf, plants, propane, heaters, tables and chairs. There is a salsa bar, which is very well maintained and stocked.

The tacos were really great, and the beans were really delicious if you order a combo plate.

The Serrano chilies were perfectly grilled and seasoned.

We would definitely return.

This taco truck is absolutely amazing! The food is delicious and full of flavor, and the whole experience feels much more enjoyable than sitting inside a regular restaurant. The outdoor setting gives it a relaxed, authentic vibe that makes the meal even better. Everything about it, from the taste to the atmosphere, makes it a place I’d definitely come back to again.

We are good friends with the owners and they make delicious food. Tacos are excellent. To top it off, churros and ice cream for dessert! They’re also available for Events! Make sure you say hi to Gabriel and Juanito!

I was truly disappointed with my food. I have been wanting to try out Gaby’s taco truck for awhile as I pass it almost everyday and they have pretty good reviews but it fell wayyy short. We placed an order for 6 tacos and a milaneza torta unfortunately we were given no salsa….no salsa?!?! How do you serve tacos with no salsa on top of that the Asada tacos prompt you to pick the kind of salsa you want and that wasn’t even on the tacos :(. The limes were dry with no juice the meat was below average and lacking flavor and the quesobirria taco left an awful taste in our mouth I could only take one bite tasted foul. Don’t think I will be back again.

I got the breakfast chorizo and egg burrito. It was amazing! Flavorful and did not taste greasy at all (chorizo is know. For that) the salsas they gave on the side are also amazing! The habanero is really hot and the other ones are more mild very acidic and balances everything out really well! Highly recommend

If you’re looking for some great Mexican food, then you should consider Gaby’s Tacos.
They are located just off of Oceanside Blvd & Camelot (in the Five Star Smog parking lot)

Gaby Tacos is a small family-owned Mexican food truck that’s known for their tacos and quesadillas. BUT, they’re also one of the best spots for tortas and they have great burritos too!

I recommend their Cubana torta , shrimp quesadilla , milanesa torta, Marca Diablo Burrito, and anything with al pastor or even their fish tacos with their yummy green sauce.

They’ve got a shaded canopy with patio seating in front that can accommodate couples or family groups. They also have heaters to keep warm.

The one con to their location is the street traffic noise, but they do have their music playing and it gives off a nice “Cabo street dining” vibe.

You’ll also have to use the restroom next door at the Smog Station.

They also don’t sell alcohol.
But they have excellent Agua Frescas & horchata!

I recommend this family business and they even offer catering!
