What an adorable diner! We went for breakfast and loved the food, service, and atmosphere. A large menu plus seasonal features. All our meals were perfectly prepared. When one of us got hash browns instead of home fries, our server immediately made the switch with a smile. Coffee cups were kept full. Highly recommend!

My family loves Gabys, it’s our go-to in the area. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, all good and a great selection of plates. The specials are always inspired as well! Even their holiday meals are above and beyond! Gaby is so nice and treats her customers like family. This plate is one of the specials, with homemade whipped cream! Yum!!

What a cozy and beautiful little place. I have to make a delivery near by and I was driving a semi truck with a trailer, I called first to ask if I can park with my truck and here I am. The staff is friendly and courteous and the food is fenomenal. The menu is extensive with a variety of food that fit your mood.

Gabby’s Cafe offers a mixed experience, combining excellent food with a frustrating beverage policy. While the quality of their sandwiches is commendable, the lack of free refills on fountain drinks is a significant point of dissatisfaction.

I want to take a moment to publicly support Gaby’s Café after reading their recent post. What stood out most was the professionalism, transparency, and integrity they showed in explaining a difficult situation. It is clear this is a family-run business that takes pride in both their food and how they treat their guests.

Anyone who has worked in or around restaurants understands that taste is subjective and that certain items—like Hollandaise—naturally have a tang that some people love and others may not. The way Gaby’s handled the situation—with staff tasting the product, verifying the expiration date, contacting their distributor, and still removing the item from the bill—demonstrates a level of care and accountability that many places do not go to.

What impressed me most is that this was never about money. They went out of their way to explain that they frequently accommodate guests and that their policies exist to prevent abuse and food waste, not to deny good-faith customers. That is something more people should respect.

I’ve always found Gaby’s Café to be welcoming, honest, and consistent. They treat their customers with respect and run their business with integrity. I will absolutely continue to support them and recommend them to others. Small, family-owned restaurants deserve our loyalty when they handle challenges with this level of professionalism.

My daughter and I absolutely LOVE GabysCafe941. The food, staff, and service have consistently been phenomenal. Gabriela O’Donnell is the sweetest, most compassionate, and hard-working woman I know. The menu is very extensive, and Gaby is always willing to make accommodations. The food is delicious! We will continue to go to Gaby’s Cafe and encourage others to check them out if you haven’t yet!

Stopped in for breakfast, not too happy, my toast was not toasted, it was just buttered bread, the corned beef hash was horrible, some cheap off brand canned slop, i chose hash browns figuring it would be fresh shredded potato, instead it was those frozen rectangular premade processed potatoes, that were deep fried, tasted like frier grease, my husband got home fries that were undercooked slimy potatoes, my daughter got porkroll that must have been some discount brand, def not taylor ham or trenton, you are located in Nj and you cant even offer The famous Nj pork roll? Lol Went home hungry , Breakfast food is so easy to make!! I cant imagine what lunch food there taste like! Maybe shorten your menu and offer quality fresh ingredients!

Favorite spot for breakfast, something for everyone–I’m a fan of creative benedicts, so love to try all different ones and they have been wonderful. Service is so sweet, and speedy– I am able to continue on with my Sunday errands in a timely manner. Just such great people!

Great place with good food and awesome staff! We sat near kitchen and four different employees asked if we’d like a refill on coffee. That’s a well trained team, as they were each walking by all notices empty cup! Owner is pleasant and passionate. We will make the 1hr drive to eat there again.

Went for dinner here.
We ordered Chili, Almond Banana Pancakes and Chopped Steak with coleslaw on the side.
Friendly serving staff, except one that charged us 2 orders of fountain soda by mistake. Well decorated and lighted place. Lots of parking, too.
