Showed up on Christmas Eve cause Marisol’s Taste of Mexico was closed. I ordered 6 Tacos Al Pastor (my usual anywhere) and was told 10 minutes… it took 30 and there were few people around me. The tacos looked good but the meat was dry and less than moderate flavor. It was reasonably priced, but I wouldn’t bother coming back. Check out Marisol’s across the street from Pigly Wigly for some better tacos.

Disappointed with my visit to Gabriel’s Taco Truck #2
I was really looking forward to trying Gabriel’s Taco Truck #2 in Oconomowoc, but unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired.
Right off the bat, I noticed all the prices on the menu were blacked out. When I asked if they had a menu with prices, I was told no. That made it really difficult to know what I was ordering or how much I was being charged. Transparency matters—especially when ordering from a food truck.
I ordered a ground beef taco salad with sour cream and mild salsa on the side. I was asked if I wanted mild or hot salsa and chose mild, but what I received was definitely hot—too spicy for me. As for the salad itself, it was incredibly underwhelming. No taco shell, no chips, just a handful of lettuce, some ground beef, a tiny sprinkle of white cheese, and a few lime wedges. It looked and tasted like something thrown together without much care.
The ground beef was also extremely salty, which made it tough to enjoy. I also ordered a ground beef burrito, and somehow the total came to $32. For a taco salad and a burrito? With no idea of how the price broke down, I walked away feeling completely ripped off.
Sadly, this visit was a letdown on all fronts—value, flavor, and service. I don’t see myself going back or recommending it to others

I ordered a lengua torta for lunch during my break and OMG! It was the best torta I’ve ever had, hands down. It’s so satisfying that I’m about to go back and get one to take home with me after my shift. If you haven’t checked them out, I highly suggest going!

Good tasting food but definitely not worth the $. Two chimichangas for $20. Also misrepresentation, it said 12 chimichangas dinner for 19.20. It was only 2 chimichangas.

Very greasy food. Called for takeout 5 times and nobody answered. When I called the restaurant for the footruck number they told me ‘you should be able to google it. Sorry I have to go.’ Save your money and go to a better run business. El Jimador was very good and near by.

I had the Al Pastor quesadilla and it is one of the best quesadillas that I have ever had! The service was also so great, the guy, who may be the owner, that was waiting on us was so nice! Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to go back!!

$8 for 1 tortilla and cheese (kids quesedilla). $3 tacos. In Milwaukee you would save 33%

Recently moved to Oconomowoc, & heard only good things about this truck. Working late one night, I ordered a chimi online, sour cream on the side, and then added a side of beans/rice for $5. I even added a couple bucks for a tip. Showed up a few minutes early. Order was ready and wrapped to go. Nice! Got home and opened it up. No sour cream on the side, and no side of beans and rice. NOT NICE! The food I received was decent. It’s what I didn’t get that upsets me. I want my money back for my add-on and for the tip.
