I ordered a tres leches cake on short notice for my wife’s birthday, and Gabriela delivered excellence! The cake was beautiful. It was so delicious and authentic that I think Gabriela might me a member of la raza! For all your tres leches cake needs go see her!

We were in the area visiting family and we learned about Gabriela’s. Cute, clean shop with sufficient seating. Gabriela is a gem and so is her bakery. My husband was super impressed with everything he tried. He especially recommends the chocolate croissant, the Buckeyes, the cream puff, and the cookies. Do yourself a favor and try one of everything. She also makes breads, cupcakes, and a number of European treats. This place would be sold out daily if it was in Indy. I hope Ligonier knows how blessed they are to have Gabriela and her Bakery. 🙂

If you have never visited Gabriela’s you’re missing out! She’s got a wide variety of fresh baked goods like cupcakes, cookies, tarts, and eclairs. I’m a big fan of European desserts and never expected to find a bakery like this in Ligonier Indiana. Awesome find and I will be back again soon! Mulțumesc Gabriela!!! ❤️

Cute little shop to check out with amazing affordable desserts! There’s dining in too! Parking was a little difficult while we were there but definitely worth getting some yummy treats! We got buckeyes, lemon blueberry cupcake and a carrot cake cupcake! All were amazing!

Amazing. Just absolutely amazing. The best cheesecake I’ve ever had. I routinely make a 2 hour round trip drive just to visit Gabriela’s. It’s more than worth it. You have to stop by if you have a chance. Try a few of her cheesecake cupcakes and you’ll become a regular too.

Gabriela’s is awesome! The proprietor is a great lady and her deserts are the best. If you haven’t ordered a loaf of bread from her, you should. Also, some of the best pie I’ve ever had.

She has such unique treats, and everything is delicious. My favorites are the chocolate croissants, but her bread is all delicious, milk cake, cupcakes, and she did a huuuge chocolate mousse cake for my sons bday a couple years ago.
