I am so happy we were finally able to stop in and try Gabby & Granny’s. Been on our list for three years. Our waitress was the absolute sweetest, we enjoyed chatting with her, very friendly, upbeat personality. We had no wait, instant service. Our food was brought out quickly. She came back to check on us several times through out our visit. Brought anything was needed quickly.

This is the best fish I can find. Everything is excellent from the food to the service to the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms. My wife and I eat here often and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend Granny and Gabby’s to all our friends and family!

Their food is top notch, but that particular waitress was extremely slow. We waited on refills for about 10 min & then after finishing dinner, we had to wait the check for about 15 solid min, as we were standing there waiting on her to finish gossiping with a co-worker. BUT THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!

The fact that we ordered more food at an all you can eat is no reflection of the quality, it was about eating until we were full for the price we paid. The quality is on par with KFC for those wondering. The lack of a discount is not a concern and I think you know that. The concern is that it took the waitress 15 minutes to check on us after the first round in which 4 tiny pieces of chicken were brought and 1 breast for 3 adults. I had to get up and walk to her and ask before we received more. Keep in mind other tables were having no issues at all. Makes me think they were her regulars and everyone else didn’t matter. The other issue is after 15 minutes of her bringing the check; she had not come back to retrieve it. I finally walked it up to the register and handed it to her, to which she said, I will bring it right out to you. THEN after 15 more minutes of STILL not having it, while also tending to a crying baby, I walked back up to retrieve it. The comment I left on the receipt was “terrible service”. That is not rude, it is constructive criticism, in hopes that it will help her become a more attentive waitress. Anything else you would like to rudely address in an attempt to make yourselves look better?
