We ordered 5 dishes. The stand out dish was the quail. It was delicious and not something we see all the time. All the chicken skewers we got we’re good. Juicy but cooked well. We especially enjoyed the curry skewer. The takoyaki is good but not better then other places. We got the steak skewers but thought that for the price it wasn’t that good. We would rather have bought more quail.

Attentive staff, cozy ambiance, and exceptional food – a perfect blend for a wonderful evening. I was there on Saturday night with my friends from Germany. They loved the ramen and grilled pineapple. This place has so much more to offer.

I was very excited to come here, the menu looked really good! However this place has some of the blandest, flavorless ramen I’ve ever had. We tried the grilled oysters and they were very underdone and still had the texture of raw oysters. We ordered the some of the skewers which were alright and a pork platter which was not very good. The kimchi is old, the miso doesn’t even taste like miso, and the pork is so flat the batter overflavor the pork. The server seemed very confused and actually brought me the wrong ramen, and when I told her it wasn’t what I ordered she told me I was mistaken and tried to give it to me anyways. Eventually I got what I ordered which was a very disappointing tonkatsu ramen – aka noodle water.

My actual score is 3.5/5 but decided to round up since I’m willing to try the place again. I think that it is okay. It could just be that I didn’t get the best thing they were known for. Great meat so probably stick to skewers and rice platters. Serving time wasn’t too bad in my opinion. A bit under staffed so it is understandable since they just opened.

I walked by on Mar 14 when it’s still soft opening. Nice atmosphere and very Japanese bar style decorations. So I decided to give it a try.

Food was great. Had the quail and the Wagyu. The chasiu bao. And the eel Don. Also had some ramen. It’s quite delicious for it’s price. Nothing ground breaking other than the quail. Would eat here again just for the quail

Had a fantastic lunch today on the Delmar Loop. Bright open design with very good service. Grilled skewers were so good I can’t wait to go back and try more.
