Staff needs to be trained on state laws. Charges tax on all EBT items which is definitely against State regulations. Only two staff members are extremely friendly and kind. The rest act as though they would prefer not to wait on a customer. They also need trained WELL on how to pull expired products from their shelves. Parking lot is in horrible condition so drive slowly through it when pulling in.

This place and I have a “love, hate” relationship… The owners haven a coin push machine that uses quarters and it’s addicting! Especially when they place 10, 20,50, and 100 dolar bills in there for you to try and push into the prize drop! It can be really really fun on a good day! But….
But…. there’s one extremely important thing you need to know about this machine… the owners have modified it in order to make it harder for it to push coins and bills into the prize drop… how you ask? They take round top screws and drill them in inconspicuous areas which A) helps guide the quarters and bills into the left and right of the machine where the owners are able to collect at the end of day. The machine is already set up to drop some overflow to the left and right but these guys are dishonest and don’t mind stealing from you! B) THESE SCREWS MAKE IT SO MUCH HARDER TO GET COINS TO PUSH… I’ve noticed they change the screws locations periodically so as to make people think they arent cheating.
On top of them rigging this machine…. they watch it like hawks when you play it and are quick to snap at you for giving the machine a slight bump to knock your stuck quarters loose. They do so even though the macine has an alarm that disengaged the prize drop hole if bumped too hard. Why? Because they are greedy.
They get visibilily pissed off when you do end up makingmoney’s off the machine and walk away. It’s distrubing and dispirited. If it werent for the cheating ways of the owners I would praise this store and love it. Owners need to take the screws out and quit being so crazy about the coin pusher!

Store rips people off with the excessive high prices.Buying groceries from another store and reselling them on their shelves three times the price.Six packs of kool aid cost you six dollars.. Selling outdated food by weeks, this should not be allowed

Well first of all the price of diesel on the sign was $4.07 and the pump displayed $4.67 I took my concerns inside where the clerk cannot even speak clear English or understand what I was saying… Then the auto shut off didn’t work and about a gallon of diesel fuel spilled on my vehicle, the tire and all over the ground…. This place is a ridiculous joke I will NEVER return here again !!!

The people are really nice however prices are way too high if you used your card to purchase something under 5$ the sign says a .50 charge but today I was charged 1.00 there food is really good but they don’t follow health safety and they will make your food without gloves on and this is after they have handles money or anything andnn no if you don’t pay attention they will charge you tax on food which is illegal food is non taxable and they never open on time

If I could give zero stars that’s what they actually deserve. I’ve been going here now for Two years on a daily basis. To be accused of stealing a bug juice out of their cooler is ridiculous. 10/10 would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away from this place they will charge you more than what the product costs and accuse you of unthinkable acts. Unprofessional people

This is a wonderful place to stop for gasoline and their store on the inside will have most everything you need. But the thing I like the best is that their tire air machine is the least expensive that I’ve seen anywhere in Cincinnati and has great pressure.

I reviewed this place a long time ago and I gave them 4 stars but I’m updating that to 3 stars. The reason for this is it’s seems to have lost it’s friendly feel. I have been going to this place for many years and the people there used to know people on a more personal level ie how are you ? How have you been doing? Just little things like that make a place feel more comfortable and inviting. Now it’s just another gas station with inflated prices. I know this might be a silly thing to complain about but I value little things like that. Maybe they will change that eventually and when they do I will change my review.

Well the staff is friendly and the place is clean now, and it looks great, that being said i have been frequenting this place off and on for the last decade and i have noticed that depending on who is working the prices are always different. Like one night, I bought 2 packs of smokes, 2 2liters, and a roll of toilet paper and that totaled almost $23. Almost 2 days later i go back and buy 2 packs of smokes, a roll of toilet paper, and a 2 liter and it cost $15. This is especially true if you are using a debit or credit card, and the receipts dont give you an itemized list just the prices and total.
