Terrible! Terrible! We’ve been going there since they opened. Always loved them. Watched somethings change here and there as with any restaurant. This last time I truly feel totally ripped off! We ordered 16 tacos but only got 15. All of those 15 were less than half filled. The meat inside about a teaspoon!
I tried to call and it goes straight to a recording saying there is no one there.

As of December 27th the GM has reached out to me and was genuinely concerned. He said to call him directly the next time I want to place an order and the meal will be free. As stated before, their food is amazing. It’s why I made this review. We don’t want to stop coming here. We love the place. If we didn’t we would have just stopped ordering here. Changing the review from 1 star.

I am not too sure what has happened here at this place. We order here a LOT and historically it has been amazing.
Well, in the last 2 weeks we have ordered there three times and all three times our order was either wrong, missing something or both.
The first time I decided I wanted to try their ground beef taco (I always get grilled shrimp) so I ordered 2 shrimp and 1 beef to give it a go. When the food was delivered the beef taco was not there. No big deal, it happens.
The second time we ordered they forgot our nacho order. We chalked it up to a bad week for them and got the refund for the nachos and went about our lives.
The third time was this morning. I decided I am going to pick it up so that I can check the bag. I get there and walk in and grab the order. Get out to the car and the Chips and Queso is not in our order. I’m frustrated at this point. I walk in and a gentleman that was sitting out in the dining area who appears to be a manager of some type gets them to get me our Chips and Queso.
I should have actually opened the box my GFs food was in. She ordered her plate with NO Feta, NO Tomatoes, NO Garlic Aioli and NO Cilantro. Wouldn’t you know it, I get home with our order and she opens her plate up and it has all of that on it.
We’re done. The food is beyond amazing but that means nothing if they can’t get an order right. How do you look at an order with that much stuff taken off the plate and decide to just throw all of it on there anyway? I don’t know what has happened there but we have probably ordered at this place 50+ times this year and we never really had issues but something has changed. I don’t know if it’s new management, if they are just not paying their employees enough to care or what.
We will not be ordering from here again. It’s such a shame because we absolutely love the food here but it is beyond disappointing when you order and you just know that the food will be wrong. Please, get your stuff figured out. I would be embarrassed if I had orders coming back this often. I can promise you we are not the only ones getting their orders messed up lately.

I’ve been going here for years. The service is top notch. Best days are Tuesdays and Saturday mornings. That’s when I have top tier service and can eat well. Drinks are good. I love the margarita flavors. The girls Bri and Candice make it a pleasure to come through no matter how hectic things are.

I recently dined here not once but twice on the 11th and then on Valentine’s Day. I have never experienced service this bad in my life. I don’t remember the woman’s name or if she even told us, but she was pregnant with dark hair. She acted like every customer was a personal inconvenience. From the moment we sat down, the attitude was cold, dismissive, and flat-out rude. Eye rolling, short responses, and long stretches of being completely ignored while they stood around talking.
Drinks took forever — and when they finally arrived, they were sloppy and poorly made. No apology, no acknowledgment, no basic customer service skills whatsoever. If you don’t like working with people, bartending is probably not the job for you.
The entire vibe was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We would have gladly spent more money and tipped well, but it’s hard to justify that when you’re treated like a burden. Absolutely will not be returning.

Yesterday 1/30/26 my daughter took me to an early dinner it was my first time there and last. It was absolutely terrible rice and beans were cold like they had just been taken out of the cooler. No flavor at all, tacos barely had any meat more lettuce than anything and small also cold. The kids meals ordered potatoes were overcooked almost burnt and they forgot the sauce for quesadilla had to go ask for it. The other kids meal taco the rice and taco was also ice cold. The sweet tea was disgusting obviously it was old and their containers don’t get washed definitely a health issue. Ordered the taco meals with rice and beans (cold and no flavor) which were terrible maybe a teaspoon if that of meat and cold as well. Also ordered the chips and queso sauce (chips burnt) maybe from reheated because they tasted old/stale. Restaurant definitely lacked cleanliness had to wipe table/silverware off. Staff was not friendly or even cordial like we were putting them out, when we walked in that should have been first clue the place was terrible but daughter insisted that I give it a try. No, I’m sorry about the items we had to ask for that they forgot. Spent $44.00 something might as well say $45.00 there for the WORST food save your money and go to Taco Bell which isn’t saying much either. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody I do believe the health department needs to come do an inspection there. Observed a gentleman who ordered before us come back in, he had a take out order and obviously there was an issue with it because he wasn’t happy by the look on his face. Hard to believe this place is still in business because I do recall hearing good things about it when it first opened up. What a WASTE of money for the food and the serving sizes. Also three of us got sick from eating there. Terrible experience, outrageous prices for the food and the serving size not to mention customer service sucked. Never in my life would I say, Taco Bell was better but in this case it’s a fact. Beyond disappointed in this place.

The food is really great when they get the order right. This is the third time in a row I have ordered my tacos with no pico and an extra side of sauce, and my tacos have come with pico and no sauce (although, the receipt is correct, and I am charged extra.) The first two times I was dining in, so it was an easy fix, but this time I had to eat a rather expensive, disappointing meal at home.

Got my haircut Saturday afternoon next door walked out and saw the place, being new to area I said I could go for some tacos…. Walked in not expecting much place was empty….. and wow blown away would be an understatement incredible tacos/ burritos food was amazing I couldn’t believe the place was so empty service with a smile super helpful server. It’s ridiculous when my mother writes a lengthy review after I begged her to go eat there because the food is so good only for the establishment to delete responses to the review and basically accuse her of lying about being there saying the time wasn’t a valid time. The food there USED to be good. It was like we went to a different restaurant NOT the Fuzzy Taco that I was used to. So here you go Fuzzy Taco here is the receipt as well as proof from my Fuzzy Taco account. There wasn’t a manager there or we were lied to because I had asked for a manager because I was upset that I wasn’t told my 2,000 points I had were expiring/expired. Not only has your quality in food changed but apparently so has your customer service. I hate being accused of lying.
