By far the worst experience we’ve had. Everything was good until it came down to getting our dessert. The kid that checked us out didn’t give us a receipt and when we tried getting our banana split they ignored me and tried taking the someones order even though i was first in line. Was told that they were working on the split but didnt get asked what flavor ice cream I wanted. My husband then went to talk to them to try and get a refund since we were not given what we ordered but wait we werent given a receipt so we were suppose to be given a $5 gift card but that didnt happen either and then they said they would give us a refund tomorrow but obviously we were just passing by. Thankfully we dont have to come back here. So just a suggestion always ask for your receipt !

Service was nice, and they had what I wanted.
My biggest complaint is that I’ve now gone to this particular Braums twice within a 7 day period, and both times when I got the cherry candy bar mix, I’ve found small pieces of butterfingers candy (i think) in my mix.
I’m not allergic, so its not a problem for me. But I’d like to warn anyone who is to be cautious.
I’d really hate for someone who is badly allergic to have to go to the hospital because of small incidents like these.

Braums do make good burgers, and the portion is worth the money. The burger meat tastes so different from the other fast food I’ve tried, and i think i like it. The fries are good, but only if they are served fresh. I love the limeade drink! No other fast food makes it like Braums. The yogurt is very thick and a bit too much for me, but the fruit and nut taste great with the yogurt. The salads are good for fast food, so it is worth the price. The employees are always polite. The wait time is average.

Came highly recommended by our friend from Oklahoma. Food was ok, but missing ingredients and took 12 min from ordering, so not really “fast food” as we had hoped. Bathrooms were out of TP and the floors were soooooooo slippery. I bet people have fallen. This isn’t from them being wet….just super slippery tile. No RV or large vehicle parking. Staff was friendly and helpful when I found the coffee gone. They got me a cup from the back in a jiffy. Everything had a worn out appearance. Would not go back with a McDonald’s next door like this one had. I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s but I think they outperform in all areas listed above.

The lady working the window was an absolute treasure – such a great attitude. Didn’t catch her name but she was early 20s, redish hair and slight build. A winning attitude like that will take you places young lady! Keep going and keep smiling!

Usually not disappointed in Braums, but walked in today with my husband and the floors and tables were not clean. My husband went to the bathroom and he said it was filthy and smelled awful. They did however make a special breakfast sandwich for me. I really appreciate that. Just wish it was cleaner.

That place is NASTY. I sat down tables were super sticky, and had stuff on them. I get my shake and tell me why I HAD TOMATO SKIN IN MY ICECREAM. Now I’m hoping that’s what it was cause I had a heath shake and it had red stuff in it that looked like tomato skin. The stuff in the photo is one of MANY that I found.

The bag of burgers is good but if you want lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions on those burgers I would suggest going elsewhere. The price difference is insane.

2 ice cream cones under 4 dollars is a good price and fast service and friendly. They have a good breakfast burrito and they knock some off the price of a soda, good deal if you ask me.
