Fuzzy’s Sports Grill in Surprise has quickly become a great place to unwind with a couple of drinks and a good meal. It’s always busy when we go—which says a lot about how much the locals love it.
The appetizers are great. The fried mushrooms and cheese curds come in a light, crispy tempura-style batter that is so good, I’m not sure I can go back to the breadcrumb versions anywhere else. The pretzel bites are solid too; I’m just not a fan of the nacho-style cheese with anything other than nachos, so I stuck with the mustard.
Their veggie pizza and garlic pizza are also delicious and definitely worth ordering.
Overall, I highly recommend Fuzzy’s, which delivers consistently great food and a lively atmosphere.

Arrived on a Saturday and we were seated immediately. Service was great, the lighting was perfect for me as I prefer it to be a little dim, and the noise level wasn’t too loud.
Appetizer: The cheese curds were absolutely delicious but there was so much oil pooled below them. The marinara sauce was good too!
Dinner: I ordered the Reuben sandwich and it was good!
Definitely will be coming back

Great place to have fun and drink. A little bit of an older crowd sometimes and others its mixed. Karaoke is awesome and will post a Pic with what they have going on daily! If you have a hunger for wings, nachos, or tacos then this place is a “you need to go” place! The pic shows a HALF order of Nachos so only order the Full if you have a huge party or starving for a week. Haha awesome place!

I’ve been past this sports bar numerous times, and came here on Tuesday for lunch after some shopping. It’s clean, and accommodating for any size groups. There are booths, tables, seats at the bar, and outdoor seating. Plenty of TVs to show games. The decor is a mix of college and professional sport teams. My first impression was a bar most likely frequented by Ohioans as there was an OSU banner, Cleveland Browns banner, Kosar’s jersey, and such. Anyway, a friend and coworker commented about the food. That piqued my interest coming for lunch. I ordered their Famous Reuben Sandwich with chili ($2 up charge). The chili came with onions and cheese. I was warned that it had a spicy kick. There wasn’t one. It was ok; nothing that really wowed me. One bite disappointed me as I had a fibrous bean that was unappealing. I had to spit it out. These typically happen when the beans are not properly cleaned. There wasn’t a lot of flavor. The beans were mostly black and red beans; and were more than I’d care to have in a chili that should be more about the beef, peppers, and spices. As for the Reuben, there’s a lot of room for improvement. Starting with the rye bread: it could have had a better crisp to it using butter or mayo for frying in the pan. There was not much of the sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. The dressing tasted peculiar as it had a unique flavor for Thousand Island dressing. Was it homemade? The worst part was the meat. I’m not one for shaved beef, and this tasted shaved; not thinly sliced. It was dry, and there wasn’t much on the sandwich. I was disappointed in that, and the fact that deli quality sandwiches are typically served with a pickle. There was no pickle. There are better places to go to for quality sandwiches like a Reuben. Scott’s Generations and Miracle Mile come to mind. Before leaving and after paying my check ($23.20 after tax), I used the men’s room. It’s fairly clean. Being situated in a mall there is adequate parking. I may return to try something else on their menu. But I warn you to watch out for the Reuben sandwich. Who named it for being famous had to have been served a better sandwich than the one I had.

Used to be better. Only food worth getting is the fish fry and cheese curds. Out of cheese curds on Friday night. Service was lousy but we’ve had bad experiences with Sammy before and this is the second time he forgot to put our order in and blamed it on the rush. Dave is usually our server and is awesome. They have live music now that was awful. Loud hyena screaming embarrassment. Not sure we will be back with it going so downhill.

Folks was great. Took mother there for her birthday lunch. Food was excellent, and the perpotion size was very big( could’ve shared)! Atmosphere was very cozy friendly and your semi typical sprtsbar. We really liked the big projected pictures on the wall for the games, as no glare and was very easy to see across the room! Only conplaint I have and my mother, was the waitress taking her slow time to drop check give change etc. Would’ve been not so ticked if v she was not v running around chit chatting to other employees and so on. Then lied about waiting for change, as i went up to the counter after 10 min of waiting for her to pick up money. Went to the counter and the girl begging there said oh for your waitress even though sensed as if she could have done this, but in guess wiping menus were get only task. So again ib wait by the counter this time for several more min watching her chit chat around then get change and come up to say sorry I was waiting for your change!?! WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING I JUST WATCHED YOU THE WHOLE TIME. I still tipped her $5 as it’s was wonderful up until the check part and getting change. …

I know this looks staged, but it’s not. The amount of fries we got was a joke, but the food did taste good. The Service was not so good. She was short and definitely should have noticed that the basket was lacking the appropriate amount of food.

Had a night here drinking… and I highly recommend this place if you’d like to have a great time! They have a karaoke night on Wednesday and Saturday. So much fun if you’d like to get away, for the night! Didn’t have any food to recommend, but I’m sure it’s good because I overheard some people recommending some dishes to each other, so it’s definitely a friendly environment and I’m sure they have good food!

Was not very impressed with this bar and grille. Atmosphere was good, tv, events, and looks like a full stocked bar. Service was very poor from the start, took some time for someone to clean a table, more time to wait for someone to serve us. Food was over priced and poor quality for the price. Don’t think I’ll be back again and I wouldn’t recommend stopping in. Head down the road a bit, go to a place with better service and food.

Our server Sammy was not very personable, he didnt introduce himself when he 1st came to the table, so we didnt know his name, he was walking by the table and I tried to get his attention by saying excuse me, he didnt hear me but stopped at the table behind me so i tapped his arm as he was walking off and asked to order chips and salsa, he acknowledged me and walked off and then came back to the table leaned down in my face and said by the way my name is Sammy next time you need something dont grab me. I told him i didnt grab you I tapped you. We had a party of 8, 4 of us showed up together and then about 15 min later 2 more however it took them 20 min for Sammy to even acknowledge them and they had to holler his name for him to see them. And he wasn’t very patient when ordering.
