It’s inside the casino! We had to call them since no sign outside the restaurant (maybe i domt see it).
Food is good! Ramen Birria is good. Fit food salmon is awesome. The tilapia is ok.
4 plates and 3 drinks total $62.

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos with red Chile. Half way through, there’s still no Chile. Tortilla is over cooked and flaky. Ordered 5 to 10 min before the next guest and got my food after they got theirs. Why ask if someone wants Chile if you put a spoonful. Definitely not a good experience this time. Payed for something I dont want and am not going back there for something that should have been made right in the first place

Amazing food. Really decent prices. Some of the friendliest staff around. Walk to the back of the casino to find it. You won’t regret it

Usually a good food choice but never get the “teriyaki ” chicken bowl. It is awful ! It tasted like curry more than teriyaki and my body ejected it immediately. Next time I will choose hunger instead.

I was hear on Friday. I bought the chimichanga with Al Pastor and a soda. I’ll be completely honest, it was fantastic and I feel like I underpaid for my food.

So, I use a cane to get around. It makes carrying things like food difficult. The gentleman at the register offered to help me carry things to my table, but I was able to get it on my own. I was given one of those plastic disk notifiers some businesses use to let you know when your food is ready. When my food was ready (and it came out quickly), a different gentleman brought it out to me instead of using the buzzer so I didn’t have to try and balance things.

When I opened the container, I saw the biggest chimichanga I have ever seen. It was filled with a great ratio of meat and beans in addition to chilis and other ingredients. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious. For my meal and beverage, I only paid $15.98 after tax AND tip (I tipped 18% as that’s my standard in places where I don’t have a server. I would’ve tipped a full 20% if I knew they’d bring it to me). I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. If you’re going to the casino, get food from here instead of trying to eat somewhere else. I promise you that you won’t regret it.

So we went to get the taco pack, the Quesabirria pack. (We’ve got it before) When we asked for that she looked at us very confused and said “ Quesabirria? Uhhhh Birria okay that’s gonna be 2 more dollars” whatever we didn’t really care, kinda crazy how the lady didn’t know what quesabirra is… I also got a fruit parfait, and it should have been called “granola with a small side of fruit and yogurt “ because that’s what it was. We have came here before and got the exact same order, first time it was really good. This time they cheaped out on EVERYTHING, maybe because it was “taco Tuesday” I don’t know no excuses though, when you pay practically $40 you should get your moneys worth. The tacos literally had NO cheese, were dry as hell and barely had any meat…. As we were waiting for our food some lady went up to the front and said “you charged us twice and this is not what we even wanted”. I don’t know if the lady working didn’t comprehend right or didn’t understand English, I get it it’s a Mexican place but I mean the person taking orders should atleast be able to comprehend English. I won’t be going back, I mean just look at the tacos we got todos seco. I’ve seen the food they post, looks amazing. Nothing like what we got. My boyfriend even left a tip after he paid, that was a mistake. They didn’t give us a receipt either, was kinda bugged by that.

The truth
I would not recommend eating at this place. The food quality was very poor, and after eating the tacos, I became extremely sick. I strongly advise others to avoid dining here. Please don’t eat here!

I recently dined at Fusion Tacos Pojoaque with a group of six, and it was an unforgettable experience filled with vibrant colors and spectacular flavors in every bite. The food was not only delicious but also more than enough to share, leaving us with plenty of leftovers to take home!

The highlight of the meal was definitely the quesadillas filled with carne asada and birria, which were absolutely delightful, especially when paired with the rich consomé. Each bite was a perfect blend of savory goodness.

We also tried the nachos, which are generous enough to feed 1-2 people. They were piled high with toppings, making them a fantastic shareable option. Additionally, the bowl of carnitas and birria was another great choice—both dishes were mouthwatering, whether you’re a fan of a little spice or prefer them milder.

Overall, Fusion Tacos Pojoaque exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return for more delicious offerings!
