If you’re from the area, you already know Alexander’s is a local legend — but their steak and cheese deserves its own shout-out. Perfectly grilled steak, juicy and packed with flavor, loaded into a soft, fresh roll that holds everything together without getting soggy. If you’re look for cheap, greasy, fast breakfast this place is great! Lunch menu is a little overpriced, but still delicious. I used to live right around the corner and was here multiple days a week. The staff is always super friendly and kind, and your food comes out quickly.
This isn’t a place I would recommend to someone visiting Medford, but if you’re a local this is the kind of place that makes the experience of living in the area great.

A small neighborhood convenience store and breakfast along with a lunch shop. Great subs, hot and cold, along with breakfast goodies. A few tables with chairs to eat in. Good quality, good, and reasonably priced. There is a very friendly and accommodating staff; I eat here weekly.

The food was not correct gave me one patty on the burger when it was supposed to be 2. Gave me regular fries instead of waffle fries. Made only one part of my order and made me wait over 20 minutes for the other part. Manager was rude and gave many excuses with an attitude and would not give a refund. Food was cold and hard where it broke my braces and now I have to spend over 200 dollars out of pocket to fix it. Never eating here again. Thanks Alexanders for the worst food, experience, and large expense.

Great place for breakfast, price to quality is unbeatable. A note to all the people writing bad reviews: adjust your expectations. This is an unassuming local place owned and staffed by decent hardworking people, so please give them a break and show appreciation. The food is much better than at Starbucks or Dunks, so we should be grateful that these type of local joints are still here.

Things you can not do with your food service gloves on:
1. Touch your face
2. Play on your nasty cell phone
3. Answer the business phone
4. Take and give Cash to customers.
5. Dig for change in the cash register and go back to handling food for customers.
6. Touch anything but food. (Like a broom.)
I have literally witnessed this happen by one of their employees over the last few month. It completely negates the purpose of the food service gloves. These girls are nasty and their attitude also sucks. They seem to lack the basic knowledge of food service sanitation or perhaps they are on a rubber glove saving mission. Either way, I’m done going here for food. Proceed at your own risk.

once again Alexander’s screwed my order up.. ordered 2 Alexander the great double cheeseburgers.with waffle fries paid 1.00extra for fries they didn’t have.. both double cheeseburger were single cheeseburgers and they only made 1 instead of 2… so I have to wait 10 minutes for another one while the other one gets cold with the lid open… I asked the woman in charge what happened with the order and if I could be compensated in some way and gave every excuse and blamed door dash for her mistake for missing half the order also made me feel its my fault finally she says it’s a door dash problem.
NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY…
