This is a great place to go if you are an Indian food lover who has a SO or friend who doesn’t like Indian. Fusion restaurants for the win!

I recently visited Fusion 9, an Indian restaurant, and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and what impressed me the most was the perfect balance of flavors without being overly spicy. We ordered the Kadhai Chicken, which was packed with flavor, along with the Bullet Naan and Pan-Fried Chicken Dumplings, both of which were simply delightful. The service was quick, ensuring we didn’t have to wait long for our meal. Another highlight was the great entertainment provided for kids, featuring the all-time favorite Tom and Jerry. Overall, Fusion 9 offers a fantastic dining experience with tasty food, prompt service, and entertainment for the whole family. Highly recommended!

We got there super late, and they still seated us. It took a while to get menus and waters brought to us, but our orders came pretty quickly. The samosas were really good, and my chicken korma was delicious! Price-wise, it’s a little more expensive than some of the other Indian/Nepalese food in the area, but not by a crazy amount. The food is quite spicy, and they didn’t tell us if we could adjust the spice level. However, the flavors were truly delicious, and it seemed authentic (my boyfriend and I were the only non Indian people there). Service was slow but good!

This was the best food I’ve had in a while. I’ve literally never rated better fusion food in Cary in my life, and coming straight from India, that’s a big compliment.

The food is amazing and a must try, and there would be a delay in service on busy days like weekends.

We ordered the masala curly fries which were really good. The veg Manchurian and chilli garlic noodles were actually hot even after we asked for spice level 2 (on a scale of 5). Maybe there are other good options on the menu that we didn’t explore but what we ordered was okayish (4 on 5).
