Was craving Indo-Chinese food and discovered Fusion Nine through a quick Google search—so glad we did! The place is small and cozy with tasteful décor and a lovely ambiance. They also have outdoor seating, but we chose to sit inside due to the weather. For a Sunday afternoon, it was pleasantly calm and not crowded.

We ordered the Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, Veg Manchurian Noodles, Spring Rolls, and their Virgin Mango Mojito—and every single item was excellent. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the spice level was just right, exactly to our preference.

We’d definitely come back to explore more from their menu, but if you’re craving authentic and well-done Indo-Chinese cuisine, this is a must-visit spot!

Bought dinner (takeout) from here after fasting all day – it was so worth it!! Food was fresh and tasty. Garlic Naan was soft and seasoned well. Manchurian noodles were superb. Bejawada biryani was very flavorful and the chicken 65 was cooked well. Gongura curry could use more gongura but still flavorful.

We had take out from Fusion Nine yesterday. We ordered four items. Manchow soup (chicken), chicken lollipop. F9 chicken curry and Goan prawn curry. Manchow soup tasted good. Chicken lollipop was dry, not juicy at all. F9 chicken curry had few chicken pieces in a sea of gravy. Goan prawn curry was simply horrible!! Size of shrimp was way too small and quantity of shrimp was very less in a sea of gravy. Worst Goan shrimp curry I have ever had. Portion size of all the four items was very disappointing!! It was not a good experience at all. Not worth the money.

I tried the Chicken Biryani at Fusion nine
and it’s honestly one of the best biryanis I’ve ever had. The taste reminded me of authentic Hyderabadi dum biryani — rich flavor, perfectly cooked rice, and well-marinated chicken.

If you’re visiting Fusion 9, I highly recommend trying their Chicken Biryani. Definitely worth it!

Today, my colleagues and I went to Fusion Nine in Morrisville for a team lunch. It was a refreshing break from our usual work routine, and we were all excited to enjoy some good food and unwind. The restaurant had a modern and welcoming ambiance, with comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe—perfect for a casual office gathering.

We started with a round of starters and drinks. The Virgin Mojito was cool and refreshing with a nice minty kick, while the Masala Soda had the perfect blend of spice and tang, making it a flavorful palate cleanser. The Mango Lassi was rich, creamy, and sweet, offering a pleasant contrast to the savory starters.

The appetizers were definitely the highlight of the meal. The Crispy Corn was golden and crunchy, seasoned just right with a mix of spices. The Veg Manchurian was flavorful, with vegetable balls coated in a deliciously tangy and spicy sauce. The Veg Dumplings, deep-fried to perfection, had a crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful filling. The Paneer Tikka Kebab was smoky and tender, with a well-marinated spice coating that added a punch of flavor.

For the non-vegetarian appetizers, the Chicken 65 was a standout—it was spicy, crispy, and packed with flavor. The Chicken Lollipop was equally impressive, with juicy meat coated in a crunchy batter and served with a tangy dipping sauce. The Pepper Chicken Fry was bold and peppery, with a fragrant spice blend that lingered perfectly on the palate.

For the main course, we shared a plate of Street Style Veg Noodles, which had a pleasant wok-fried aroma and a nice balance of vegetables and spices. The Chicken Dum Biryani was fragrant and flavorful, with tender, well-marinated chicken pieces layered between aromatic rice. The accompanying raita provided a cooling contrast to the spiced biryani.

Unfortunately, the desserts were a bit underwhelming. The Rasmalai was soft and mildly sweet but lacked the rich, creamy flavor we were expecting. The Malpua with Rabdi was just okay—the malpua was crispy around the edges but slightly chewy in the center, and the rabdi didn’t have the depth of sweetness and creaminess that would have made the dish more memorable.

Overall, our lunch at Fusion Nine was enjoyable, thanks to the flavorful starters and well-prepared main course. Although the desserts were a bit disappointing, the excellent service and lively atmosphere made it a pleasant experience. It was the perfect spot for a relaxed office lunch, and we left feeling satisfied and refreshed.

Tried Fusion 9 and really liked it!
The food was delicious, and the owner confirmed that all non-veg entrees are halal, which was great to hear. It’s a solid spot for quality Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine. Just a heads-up—it does have a bar, so it can get a bit noisy at times.
