Passing by Dadesville AL we found this little restaurant Fusion Grill in the center of town. Friendly service, clean and inviting. The food was delicious, fresh and again very tasty. Side note, we arrived at noon and the waiting time to get our food took about 45 minutes, so if you are really hungry and can’t wait then you have to be there early, because at noon they are super busy, but if you are not in a rush and don’t mind waiting it is worth it. I tried their Harvest Fall Salad, it is amazing!!! We will be back for sure.

Throughly enjoyed my visit. The food was good. Service was excellent. A rather large menu. Could easily be in constant rotation for someone who dines out frequently. Only negatives, place needs to be renovated & I wasn’t able to get dessert without waiting an additional 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be back to get dessert some other time.

A friend and myself traveled over an hour to eat here. I had my doubts walking in… but everything inside was a 5 star! Service, food, and cleanliness at its best!
I ordered the ‘Nacho Mama Burger’,, and got it jumbo sized ( 3/4 pound patty)!! It was delicious!
We also ordered a full waffle fry bbq basket and the BBQ was amazing! We will definitely be back to try a BBQ platter!
If your driving pass, do yourself a favor and stop by for some grub.

Home cooking for the modern taste. They use southern menu items to combine a fantastic melding of flavors. Everyone was very friendly and had personal explanation of the menu favorites. The BlackBerry Boondogle was a perfect size lunch for a hungry man. The prices are very reasonable especially for the extreme quantity. Plan on taking home dinner.
Update for July 2020 – still great food and service! A must if you are traveling in the area. I tried the ribs with blackberry and jalapeno sauce. It was incredible. I could only manage to eat a half rack in one sitting. Dont worry about getting your fingers messy. It was very easy to eat with a fork because the meat fell off the bones.

The food is delicious and you can tell it’s made with heart and soul.
The only person we saw did a terrific job running EVERYTHING in the front. She was fantastic at her job!!
Biggest drawback? The overworked window unit air conditioner. The inside of the restaurant felt like it was 90° easily.

The food is so delicious and different than all the cookie cutter restaurants. The service was great and our waitress was so helpful recommending certain foods to try and she checked on our table often. Would highly recommend to anyone that likes to entertain the taste buds.

Fusion Grill has consistently good food and service! Their menu offers a wide variety. Everything I’ve tried has been good. Their wings are plentiful with a ton of sauce choices. The chicken fingers are smoked then fried for a juicy, flavorful meal. The burgers are great, salads fresh, and bbq good. Servers work HARD and take care of their customers. My only caution is check their hours before coming so you’re not disappointed!

The restaurant is clean. The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The staff wore mask and they distances gest well. The chicken artichoke wrap and fried okra are delicious. The jerk chicken and seasoned fries was perfectly seasoned.
