A Queens Oasis
I was in the mood for some sushi, so I stopped by Fushimi Sushi. It is a quaint little place hidden on the “loop” rode just past Home Depot in Middleburg. It was quiet when I arrived. The service was great. I made a take out order of four types of cooked rolls. The waiter told me it would be about 15 minutes. Since I had my dog in the car I told him I would be out in my vehicle and would come back in in 15 minutes. I sat in my car listening to a podcast and just as I was about to go back in, the waiter came out with my order. Talking about excellent service. I was very impressed that he went the extra mile to make sure I got my food in a timely matter.
I went home to eat and unlike most quick eat places, they had included everything I needed to enjoy my sushi. The rolls were expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. I will return soon and if you are in the area it is definitely a great place to sit and eat or grab take out.

This is a hidden gem! The food is outstanding! Steak and chicken hibachi as well as the scallops and chicken hibachi were delicious! The steak was actually large pieces, very plump and juicy rather than most places that make it very dry and little shreds. I was very impressed and that was just take out! I will definitely be back!

Had our little girls food come out right away. There was nobody in the dining room. Our sushi too 45. The couple hosting the dining room noticed the to go orders were staking up and helped the sushi chef. Too late. We were judged on our appearance and treated far different from the rest of the patrons who were dressed up for Christmas even, good for you. No problem we have money and still tipped nice but will not be back. $120 down the drain as we felt bad how we were treated.

A must place to eat. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The wait staff quite attentive and polite. Received a free appetizer sample. Great value with the amount of food. Even the kids meal was more than enough as it came with either soup or salad-ordered the steak and came with fried rice and veggies. The other meals were teriyaki steak and teriyaki chicken, both came with rice, soup and salad. Also don’t forget the great appetizer they offer as well a variety of sushi.

The smell was fantastic as soon as you walk in the door! All of our food was amazing! The sushi on point. And the Bento boxes were amazing! The only thing I would add is the server did not seem too pleased to be there. Maybe they were having a bad day. I left a good tip so maybe it gave a smile. Love Light and Bear Hugs *MamaBear Cares*
