Fun Noodle Bar in Albuquerque was a great find! We ordered several items, including the chicken fried rice and the tonkotsu ramen with shrimp—both were flavorful and satisfying. The brown sugar milk tea was the perfect sweet finish. Everything came out fresh, portions were generous, and the overall experience was excellent. Will definitely be back!

We have been here three times in the past 6 days! The menu has a huge variety of amazing dishes. From the BAO to the dumplings to the pot stickers, the appetizers could be your entree. Pad Thai is probably the best in the city, the Ramen is truly delicious, and the crispy noodles are fantastic; just to name a few dishes.
Service is always good; friendly, fast, and attentive.
We highly recommend trying this place, but warning, you will crave it again after you tried it!

We forgot to take a pic before eating sorry! We went more dim sum style and ordered several dishes. The green onion pancakes were our favorite appetizer. The soup dumplings were so savory and I loved the dumpling itself. Everything we ate was so good and I can’t wait to come back!

I came in here to enjoy dinner with my two kids. We ordered the Takoyaki-octupus Ball, shrimp shaomai, spicy mala noodle, black garlic ramen, and the sesame chicken with chow mein. The place was busy, but we didn’t have to wait for a table, and the service was quick. The food was delicious and our server was courteous. The crowd favorite was the octopus.

We love it! I was looking for a place that serves steamed bao, and we loved it. My husband was blown away by the octopus appetizer and shrimp. Very tasty, and the service was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

We finally got to go enjoy some house made noodles in Albuquerque, and it was delicious!!! We got a few different appetizers, sake & ramen. The jalapeño bomb was super crunchy & tasty. The octopus balls were phenomenal. The steak roll was absolutely wonderful. The soup dumplings were off the chart!!!! Then the ramen, I got the Tonkotsu ramen, it was very flavorful & rich, it did not disappoint!!!!
