Excellent experience. Staff was amazing. We had calamari for an appetizer. Not the best I ever had but was very good and the sauce was good as well. Ordered the Hell Ramen work pork and shrimp, the egg was delicious, noodles thick and perfect texture, broth was amazing. Really enjoyed the experience, atmosphere and food. Great place to enjoy yourself and a meal.

This place was absolutely amazing. I had read the great reviews and was feeling pretty convinced. My husband and I tried it tonight and it was such a great new place to try out. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our server was very sweet and attentive. We loved being able to see the hardworking chefs make the noodles in the kitchen, the view was awesome! Absolutely delicious food and more than generous portions. Definitely coming back again! You guys definitely made loyal customers of us! Thank you!

First time eating here I had the Hell Ramen(spicy) and steamed pork bao. The atmosphere was great. The service and attention to detail and answering any questions was really good. The portions were very large as well. Will definitely be coming back here! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Yummy! Yummy! The ramen broth is so flavorful, homemade noodles rock! We also tried the the beef fried bao and chicken potstickers – absolutely delish. And don’t forget dessert: we had the sesame balls and fried cheesecake both scrumdilliuptious. Im from Austin, and I would drive the 2 hrs to eat here its that good.
Staff is also just amazing, it was a busy night and they found us a table in a timely manner. Great service. And so fun to watch them make the noodles.

The establishment was very clean, the food came quickly, and the host/hostess were very attentive. The Hell Ramen was amazing, the combination ( a additional $3) comes with beef, shrimp, and chicken (no pork) The Rangoons were filled and the roasted pork buns were delicious and meaty. Will definitely come again.

Shockingly delicious (for a strip mall in Waxahachie)! This is a legitimate spot for Ramen, their Pad Thai is pretty solid, and the cumin lamb was exceptional!!

my family and I always say that restaurant that have 4.7 stars or more it will never be a mess. This was not the exception this restaurant is amazing. Food is great. Service is great. Everything will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anybody that wants Asian food.

10/10 Definitely recommend!! We love coming here for their crab rangoons and orange chicken This time around I tried the Tonkatsu Black Ramen and it definitely did not disappoint Definitely one of Hachies best food spots !
