The food. SUCH out of the box flavors. The waitress was helpful in sharing about the menu – from salads to burgers to sides to their drinks – it was all so delicious! While it is also a bar, it was a great surprise to see their quality zero proof original recipe drinks. The staff was welcoming. The vibe itself is so creative. They showcase pieces from a local artists that add personalization to the location and have a beautiful outdoor space.

We come to Keystone often and were looking forward to trying a new place. The new bar area is beautiful, but the rest of the place is pretty dated. The waitress seemed indifferent to us, and was not very attentive. Thankfully the food was delicious. The cocktails were good, but small and somewhat watered down. Might be back to try again.

While visiting Silverthorne, a local recommended Eclectic Bar and Grill, saying it’s where the locals go and she was right! The atmosphere was inviting, with friendly and attentive service from our waitresses. We started with the fried cauliflower, which was seasoned perfectly and fried just right, crispy without being greasy. For our mains, we tried the bison sandwich and the fish and chips. Both were excellent: the sandwich was full of flavor, and the fish and chips were light, not greasy, and served in generous portions. We also loved the unique touch of local artwork on the walls, some of which were for sale. Overall, a great spot we’d definitely recommend!

Although it’s on a traveled road, it’s just outside the outlet malls and right before residential areas. A little not so well known place unless your local or know friends in the area.
Thee have a selection of non alcoholic beverages and I would recommend the spicy margarita. It was well made and had a good kick to it.
Nice selection of food items: from salads to burgers to sandwiches. They have fish and chips also but didn’t order them because I wasn’t sure about salmon being fried. Maybe next time I’ll try it.
The smoked chicken sandwich was delicious as was the make-your-own-burger. Portions were not big, not small. Perfectly sized for the active crowd I would say.
Service was friendly too.

What a fun local spot! The space is cozy and intimate and the walls are decorated with pieces from the local artists! Savana and Makenzie were incredible – I was greeted immediately and by my third visit, my drink was made and ready for me by the time I sat down in the bar stool. My favorite thing on the menu is the marinated skirt steak app! I’ve been told there is a second location in Frisco and that they have Detroit style pizza… I’ll definitely be checking it out! This place does not disappoint!!!

Ordered Tennessee Chicken Sandwich (yummy spicy!) and the Fish n Chips and we cleaned our plates! Delicious. Loved the original art by local artists covering the walls. This is a ‘must stop’ if you’re looking for a good meal and cool art.

Honestly it’s one of the best food I’ve had in the area. While it doesn’t look like much from the outside, def worth the visit. I’ve been to restaurants in keystone, frisco and breck and while they were good, this is one I’ll come back to. All the food was full of flavor. The highlight of our dinner were the wings though. You need to give them a try. I also loved their chicken soup. Will be coming back to try more items on their menu.
