The food taste horrible. Just about everything was dry with no flavor. You have to eat baby shrimp for shrimp cocktail. Also, the workers don’t care about contamination, I watch an employee that was at the pasta station making fresh pasta wear the same gloves to clean dirty dishes and to cook with (touch food) . Additionally, the price is ridiculous. Save your money and eat somewhere else .You’ll have a much better experience and memory.

We haven’t had a dinner buffet and decided to give it a try while we were in town. I loved the wide selection of food and the set up was very unique. Once we got the lay of the land we tried some new things and some classic favorites. Everything was very good and delicious, but the chicken and the carving station beef seemed dry from sitting under the heating lamps. The service was good and our glasses were never empty. Everyone was very helpful in answering questions and would definitely be back.

Our server, Alyssa, and the Manager, David provided exceptional service and were very attentive to our needs. The food was fantastic with tremendous variety, freshness and taste. Regardless of the political tensions between Canada and the US we always choose to spend our money at Seneca Niagara – even despite the exchange rates. Kudos to your organization! Job well done.

This is sad! Years ago people were dying to eat here myself included. Now? It’s simply sub par food to blow your dining dollars on. Things either have zero taste or an odd taste. Breakfast recently every roll or piece of bread was hard. All the sausage was shriveled and gross. Literally the only thing I found edible was yogurt and granola. Dinners have been awful. Dry food, over-cooked food, and grossly under-cooked food. The pizza was wet dough in the middle. Pizza isn’t that hard!!
Bottom line, it’s WAYYY to expensive to pay for out of pocket for complete trash food. Do better Seneca Niagara. 2.5 rating you should be ashamed!!

Had reservations about eating here as not a fan of buffets, but received a Monday night free offer through Seneca Casino (highly recommend signing up for a Players Card to earn rewards). Arrived at 6:15 pm and waited approximately an hour in line (NOTE: Be sure you’re in the correct line as there’s a separate entrance for Elite Status members). We were later advised to arrive promptly at 4 pm when buffet opens as it’s a very popular dining destination, especially with the bus tours. Once seated, our friendly server was quick to get our non alcoholic beverages (included in the cost), provided refills and cleaned the table regularly. There’s a number of stations, including pizza, salad, Mediterranean, Asian, American and dessert. Carving station had a ham, there was sirloin steak, fried chicken, wings and tenders. All you can eat crab legs were available for an additional cost. As we don’t eat seafood, cannot speak to the fish options. The only meat we had was the sirloin in mushroom sauce (fair) and chicken Parmesan (okay). Enjoyed the salad bar and the Asian station. The creamed spinach tasted like spinach dip, was very good. Pizza was hugely popular as slices were taken as soon as they were removed from the wood ovens behind the counter. ((Underwhelming to us as we prefer it cooked longer). Staff worked hard to keep the stations filled and clean. Desserts were typical, but with delicious gelato, and the soft serve station included regular and waffle cones. If you are a fan of quantity, and have a good appetite, this is the place to go as there’s a lot of food and many choices.

My server Alyssa and the Manager David was unbelievably accommodating.

We almost didn’t come because of some negative reviews. But I saw that there were relatively few reviews of this new restaurant, so I wanted to give it an honest try and see what people were saying. Wanted to try a very broad sample of all the cuisines on offer to give a fair review. We came on a Monday evening, and it was decently busy. All the food was full, and it looked mostly fresh. Some of the food was not to my taste, but almost all of it was prepared well and with quality. Of note, we really enjoyed the roast beef, mashed potatoes, kielbasa, fried shrimp, green beans, roast turkey, spring rolls, egg rolls, collard greens, New York deli style pasta salad, fresh bread, and especially the desserts. The Boston cream pie was okay, but the German chocolate cake was great. The lemon bar was good, but the real star of the show was the key lime pie. We also used the fresh pasta bar, where a cook will sautee fresh ingredients of your choosing and then toss them with your choice of pasta, sauce, and seasoning. It was wonderful. There were a very few misses – the sweet potatoes were a bit bland, the general Tso’s chicken did not seem fresh, and the pizza bar was worth skipping over entirely.
The staff were all very cheerful and helpful and eager to help make our dining experience very pleasant.
All in all, for the $29.99 price point, this was a lovely buffet meal. I would come again, and I’d save room for a second slice of key lime pie.

After a GLOWING recommendation from a friend who went here a couple of years ago, we decided to try it during our vacation. Needless to say, I may have to rethink that friendship……The dessert really saved this place or else I’d have given it a 1 and I’m not even a dessert guy. Service was not good taking more than 10+ minutes for each drink order (just water and soda). They have 3 gravy’s but only 2 meats so that made no sense. Why do you have turkey gravy if the only meat you serve is ham and flank steak? Both overcooked and practically inedible. They have a bunch of digiornio-esque pizzas. They have a video playing on a loop of grilled shrimp but only offer cold shrimp cocktail. $30 was just not worth it and kids are the same price too. Just avoid this joint.

I mean, I don’t love buffets anyway but, there isn’t much going on in the off-season on the USA Niagara side and we were staying at this casino anyway so it was easy for dinner and then back up to our room to turn in early after a long day of travel.
We browsed and did a walk-through before we committed and the salad bar and various themed stations (Asian, Italian, American) seemed to have enough to satisfy us for $34.99.
The drinks were included which was nice, I had a club soda and coffee and my friend and I made some delicious, fresh salads and had some proteins and then enjoyed trying most of the desserts as the staff told us to take everything since they were closing.
Our server was very sweet and service was much better than anticipated especially so close to closing.
It was a pleasant experience and we felt very worth the $35 since food is so expensive these days and we were able to get several plates.

Crab legs are great, amazing portion for $20 extra. Our server, Alyssa was absolutely wonderful, such a gem, best service we’ve ever received! Food is decent for the price, drinks are included in the price. So happy!
