We were in Birmingham for a business trip and decided to stop by for dinner. The atmosphere was nice and had that classic Southern BBQ feel, and I really enjoyed the BBQ sauce. However, the overall experience could have been better — the customer service felt a bit unfriendly, and while the pulled pork and mac and cheese were decent, the corn tasted old and wasn’t very enjoyable. Overall, an okay meal, but not one I’d go out of my way for.

I don’t understand why would you give this to anyone. I asked for 1/4 dark plate with 2 thighs, I couldn’t even get a full size drumstick. I guess presentation doesn’t mean anything. Always check your order at this location. It’s going to be a hit or miss. Today it was a miss!

The food here is usually ok. The mac-n-cheese is never great but is usually edible. Today, we were given uncooked mac-n-cheese. It’s cold, not room temp but cold. You can see the unmelted cheese in it. I’m guessing someone gave us mac-n-cheese that never made it to the oven. I didn’t notice until I made it home. Who would think they have to make sure their food was actually cooked before pulling off? Full Moon’s food costs too much for this kind of service.

Let me start by saying, customer service was top notched. I want to point out in particular a gentleman named Jeremy. He politely greeted me and my family when we came to the register, made menu suggestions and repeated patiently as my mom couldn’t hear. Jeremy also came to check on us at the table to see if we needed anything else, helped clean the table and told us to come again. Very polite and positive attitude. The food was great and the portions were very generous. Overall a great place to dine with your family.

Took a group of 10 teens to eat after roller skating for a birthday celebration. I called ahead not knowing what to expect but wanting to give the staff a heads up.
The welcomed us as soon as we got there, and were accommodating. Even excited about the birthday! Big thanks to the staff who added to the joy that evening. 10/10

My family and I have gone to this Full Moon locations for years and years. This past year I’ve noticed the cleanliness has gone down considerably. Dead flies all over the tables. In the windows. But nothing prepared me for our meal in September. I got the 4 piece buffalo chicken tenders with fries under the appetizers. It was delicious… until it wasn’t. Luckily I tear my food apart when I eat because the very last chicken tender I tore apart there was a big fly stuck in the bread coating of my chicken tender. It was brought to the manager’s attention and he refunded us our meals, apologized and asked if there was anything else he could get me to eat. Ummm, no thanks. Will never eat here again. Literally no excuse for this. I told him about the dead flies everywhere and he didn’t really seem to care about that part. So if you like big dead flies in your food and don’t mind looking at them when you’re trying to eat, this is the place for you. I will probably never be able to eat another chicken tender ever again.

Only 4 patrons inside at the time of out visit and service was extremely slow. Seemed the staff was more interested in horsing around. Manager didn’t seem to have alot of control over the staff. When our food was served itnwas at least hot and served with friendliness by our waiter.

I will say that the food smells fantastic! And as a delivery professional, the orders are typically ready in on time and are complete and accurate.

I am the only worker in my area for tonight so I had to DoorDash my food bc I cannot leave. I spent over $20 for some fries and bbq pulled pork sandwich drink not included. And tipping my dasher. I called full moon bc I knew there wouldn’t be enough sauce in my sandwich and there wasn’t an option in DoorDash to request. A man answered and I gave him my name only for him to still not put the sauce in my bag. My fries were crushed and wrapped like a burrito. I am highly disappointed because I paid my hard earned money for good food and service.
