Im kind of a sushi snob, but service also matters A LOT.
The atmosphere is perfect.
The food is amazing.
The people are so professional but also incredibly down to earth, kind, and friendly.
The menu appear to rotate which is amazing and not common around here.
They make there own seasonal mulled wine which I WISH I could buy a jug of. Its so good you have to be careful because it goes down way to smooth.
If I had to recommend only 1 place to get sushi from, it would be Fukuro.
If you know what quality sushi is, you will be happy here.
This place IS quality all around.
Respect to the bar tender Leo. He’s a top notch guy, perfect service friendly as heck. A+
If you’re looking for Americanized, Southern-style “sushi,” this may not be the place for you. But if you appreciate high-quality cuisine, thoughtful presentation, and a more authentic, elevated approach—this spot is a gem.
As avid travelers and lovers of great food, we were impressed from start to finish. This was my second visit (my first was when they had just opened), and I was thrilled to see that the quality, attention to detail, and service have only improved.
Our server, Antonio, was fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and spot-on with his recommendations. Each dish complemented the next beautifully. Highly recommend for those with a refined palate and appreciation for genuine culinary craft.
It’s so refreshing to see more restaurants in the CSRA that focus more on quality and authenticity then quantity.
The service was great, and the food was fresh, delicious, and presentable. They offered Saké, and I decided to give it a try. They used a Decanter Flask to serve the Saké and keep it cold, which was very unique and interesting. Food: Very good flavor all around, and I highly recommend the Sea Bass plate.
